My arrival experience on January 12 was great with no issues. However when I returned from my trip on Monday January 20th the hotel was experiencing problems with their hot water boiler which ended up not having hot water until Tuesday night. I reported to the front desk that I did not have hot water when showering. I also requested to stay an extra night due to a massive snow storm north of Toronto preventing me to drive home. The hotel staff were very accommodating and apologetic about the hot water issue and assured me that they had an expert trying to resolve the problem. The problem was resolved by Tuesday evening and throughout my stay the hotel front desk staff on several occasions provided me with free bottled water and juice for both days.I appreciated the gesture as I did not request or expect any compensation because of the hot water issue.

Hotel itself & room was as expected. Breakfast was very basic (oatmeal, toast machine, juice machine, a few hot plates...). Didn't enjoy eating with paper plates & wooden cutlery. TV in the room turned itself off after an hour & I only reported it to Front Desk as I departed, since it wasn't a major issue for me. Shuttle driver & Reception were friendly & efficient.

Over all great experience, staff were great, shuttle was seamless driver was courteous handled each bag with care . Only small issue was the shower, water could have been hotter, had it turned all the way to hot, but still not hot enough for my liking. Sink had hotter water!
