For our Complimentary Shuttle Service, please follow below:- After taking your entire luggage, please proceed to the below and call the hotel. * For Terminal 1, Ground level at Post S5 * For Terminal 3, Arrivals level at Post 37 OR Post 13 (which ever you are closer to) Please call us at 416-637-7000 so we can send out the shuttle to pick you up at one of the above mentioned spots. ***FURTHERMORE - Our Shuttle runs from 0400hrs every morning and through out the day till 0200hrs the following Morning - from 0400hrs from the hotel - every half an hour till midday when we do run every hour on the hour till 6PM and then back to every half an hour till close - this service will be arranged by our front desk staff on request. Calls on arrival will get our shuttle driver for pick up at the designated spots - a wait for the driver will be required - as he cannot wait at the airport we need to be called as and when you are ready for pick up only. This is the third park/sleep/fly hotel we have stayed at near the Toronto airport. It is the only one I would recommend of the three. The staff was very helpful, the room was great, and the shuttle was timely- a very important thing when you are returning from a long flight from Europe!
