It was great! The room was so lovely we wished we were staying more than one night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and came earlier than they said it would be at the airport to pick us up. I would stay there again.

Clean, friendly and efficient. I wish I had known that I could extend my stay through 3 pm for a nominal fee so I could work from the hotel rather than attempt working from the busy airport!

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was on time and the guy that picked me up from the airport even offered to help me clean the snow off my car, which i declined, but it was so nice of him to offer! I'll be back for sure!

Great room, restaurant was good also. Room was very clean and shuttle service was amazing. Especially pick up service at the airport and drop off to our car. Have stayed here before and will again.

I drove the parking lot where I was to park 3 times and never found an available space. This was stressful the night before and early in the morning before the flight. Finally the manager gave me his parking spot. They should increase their available spaces.

The hotel was fine. It would be nice if the shuttle ran 24/7 to service early flights. We shouldn't have had to spend extra money on a cab to the airport. There should be grab and go breakfast options for all early flights, not just later ones. Again, we had to spend extra money for something that should've been included. On our way home, we took the wrong shuttle by accident. We were dropped off at a different location but your driver kindly picked us up there when we explained what happened. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

The front desk person was busy but welcoming, patient and helpful. He explained all our questions about our needs to make sure we parked in the correct area and got to our shuttle on time early the next day. He gave us the shuttle call ticket which was really helpful. (Reminded us tot she a picture of it incase we lost it). The morning clerk kindly greeted us in the morning and reminded us we could get breakfast before we left. When we arrived back after our 2 weeks of travel I called, was placed on hold for few minutes because the clerk was busy…..but then he answered, put us in hold again to check in with the shuttle driver and then was able to tell us the shuttle would pick us up in 5 minutes and it did. (The pick up has been challenging for us before and we have had long waits from other hotels).

My husband and I were very happy with Best Western Plus ,pick up was prompt and driver was very courteous and helpful with bags. We liked the small size of hotel and parking lot ,easy to remember where your car is . We will use again when going out of town. Thank you

This is the perfect way to park, sleep and fly. It is very convenient and hassle free. Not to mention it is very affordable. Lovely hotel, great service, close to airport, very clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if travelling.

The Best Western on Eglinton offered a superb experience. Efficient courteous check-in, clean room and very prompt delivery and pickup to and from the airport. Would use again.
