Pleasantly surprised. Great parking set up at Embassy Suites, and good place after arriving on late flight. Despite some late night frenzy, shuttle pick up at YYZ terminal 3 was mostly on time and professional.

Hotel was great, but the shuttle service was awful. On return, shuttle was packed, and another one not due for at least 30 minutes. We took a cab.

We don’t travel much, everything was as planned the front desk was more than helpful our stay was excellent clean room good service will stay again, thank you for making our trip enjoyable, the parking was great.

Wonderful hotel. Felt very comfortable leaving my car while I was on vacation. We stayed at the hotel upon our return. Room was extremely clean, roomy, plenty of amenities. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception happy hour was a nice surprise, with a wonderful spread of appetizers put out. Breakfast in the morning was another impressive spread. Everyone in restaurant was also friendly and helpful. Shuttle was very convenient and quick. All in all, probably the best hotel experience ever!

Very clean, spacious easy to get to. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and shuttle was smooth and promt.I would definitely recommend it and will definitely use it again!!!
