Everything went smoothly right from check in to returning back to hotel to pick up car. Shuttle to and from airport we're in time and hotel staff were friendly. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Would stay again

We had a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed, great service at the bar and restaurant, left our car parked there for 2 weeks, and waited only 5 minutes for a shuttle at the airport on our return.

Doing Park-sleep-fly with Best Western was amazing , was the best way to go with no worries and hassle, any time I will travel I sure will go back to this Best Western , thank you for everything

Initially told shuttle pick up could be upto 40 minutes after my trip. Waited over an hour and a half. I called hotel after 45 minutes and they told me I should have called earlier. They won’t know I need a pick up unless I call??? Not sure why I had to call, they said they run every 4o minutes and every other shuttle was there continuously. Either give better direction or supply the frequency as advertised. Other than that, hotel, parking and shuttle to airport was great.

waited at pole 13 from 9:05 to 10 - kept calling - supposed to be there the first time we called - never showed till 10:00 p.m. - will never use Best Western again for park, sleep and fly!

Everything was fine with the hotel. We had a harrowing ride back from the airport. Driver was very aggressive and going 130 kph on dixie rd. We hung on for dear life

It was easy to book. Room was clean and everything worked well. Bed was comfortable. Parking was good. On the departure date the shuttle left on time, and the return shuttle I had to wait a bit longer than expected but the staff was quick to follow up and let me know exactly when it would arrive. Overall it went well. I would book again.
