Everything as it should be

Fine place to stay and park before leaving county for a week.

Our criticism was primarily the cost and on return, we had to pay for a taxi from the airport since the shuttle stopped running prior to our return

Clean and nice staff

When we got up about 4:30 am to take the shuttle to the airport, we were told there was no driver, that we should Uber or call a cab. Pitiful.

Clean, convenient to the airport, great shuttle schedule--early morning times especially appreciated--quiet, and knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I didn't like having an outside room, with only one lock on door. The bed was comfortable.

Terrible layout of rooms. No elevator. If you have bags to carry, then prepare for a long walk and steps. Manager at checkout in the morning wasn't forthcoming with shuttle arrangements.

After a full day of airplanes and lay-overs, it was a wonderful feeling to rest in a clean and comfortable bed. It was just as comfortable knowing that the car was safe while traveling.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Your front desk was so helpful and the best part was KIP upon our return on 7/30/23! It turns out my phone # was somehow used by a scammer who claimed to be "the driver who took me to the airport." He called me a couple of days before my return to ask for time when I was returning. I told him I'd call when I got to Dulles. I did and awakened him (calling the number that was on my phone from his initial call.) He said he'd call someone and to wait in the airport until he called me back. He finally did and we went outside to the shuttle pick up. He never came! almost a half hour went by. I called that number again; he said he was there but didn't see us. Said he couldn't come to the shuttle pick up area! I questioned that as all the other hotels' vans were there. He said he was coming again. Then your van drove by but didn't stop! I called Best Western directly and they gave me the Dulles #. I called and the agent told me there had been no request on our part for pick up and the driver would be there at the scheduled 7:15 time. Then the other driver called again. Said he was in a black suburban at the regular car passenger pick up. We navigated over there to discover he was an Uber driver because another passenger called him and was about to get in the car. He then claimed he also drove for Best Western. We later learned from Kip, the REAL Best Western driver, that this man was all wrong. Obviously we were very upset about the whole ordeal which took over an hour! Kip was an angel. He loaded our luggage into our car, had us come in for breakfast, consoled my husband who was very upset, and took down the numbers that I had been calling to report this person to Uber. We noticed Kip not only picked us up, but he was over seeing the front desk, helping clients get their breakfasts, and dealing with us. He deserves great kudos. Not sure what you're paying him but he deserves a bonus for how he handled us and our situation.

Booking, shuttle, and service could not have been any better- plus the motel is great... beautiful, spotless, quiet, and comfortable! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is located close to Dulles International Airport, but, far enough away that you don't constantly hear the planes. Love the location. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is always a great selection of foods for breakfast.

The room was very basic but clean. The bathroom was small by today’s standards. We left too early to eat breakfast. We would stay again because of the shuttle service being so great. We stay in 4 and 5 star hotels while vacationing but this was fine for its purpose: park, sleep, fly.

For something this functional, what you want is safe, clean, quiet, and quick transportation to and from the airport. BW Dulles Airport mostly provides that, though I was disappointed to have to wait 30 mins. for a pickup on my return, and especially when I got back to the motel and realized that the driver was not otherwise busy. They were just sticking to their every-30-minutes schedule and not adjusting to the live customer in front of them. The hotel had kept my keys for me and when I got there, on my return, I was told that the manager had them, "and she isn't in yet." It was 9:30 a.m. It took some doing, but they found my keys.
