We had an overall good experience with this hotel. It is a bit dated but the room was clean, the beds large and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and then a breakfast that was adequate. One minor complaint is that the desk does not answer the telephone promptly. We had to wait and call many times from the airport, as no one was answering the phone. Once we got someone, the airport pick up was timely. We enjoyed being able to park, sleep and fly.

Hotel is in need of upkeep and appears to have deferred maintained. Room did not feel clean. There was a tissue jammed inside the door where the security hole was. Took three calls to get someone to answer for shuttle and then informed it was not running. They said take a cab and will be reimbursed, which I was. Not level of expected service.

Excellent customer service; comfortable room close to Dulles; prompt response from hotel-contracted Uber drivers on weekend. Gas station/convenient store next door. Quiet rooms.

The hotel staff was courteous and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a very early flight so there was no shuttle service available on our departure but we just needed to call them upon our return and the shuttle picked us up in a timely manner. Overall, it was a a pleasant experience and we would use this Stay, Park and Ride service again.

Hotel shuttle didn't start till 8 am so we had to get a Uber to get to airport early. However, when we returned the hotel sent an Uber to pick us up. We stay at this hotel every time we fly out of Dulles. We like the location, friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice rate for park and fly and car has always been safe at this hotel. See you again soon.

The staff were great. Free cookies and coffee& tea in the lobby. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast began, so they gave us muffins, fruit and coffee to eat at the airport.

This hotel is not as fancy as a Weston or Hyatt, but the staff were all very nice, welcoming and quick to offer help. The bigger hotels wanted $10/day for parking. Country Inn & Suites let us leave our car for free. Their breakfast offerings include everything: eggs, waffles, cereals, yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc.
