We found the hotel quite fine on the night before we flew the next morning. The shuttle to the airport early morning on November 23 was satisfactory, but when we arrived at Washington Dulles about 9 p.m. and tried to call the number that we had been given (by more than one person) to request a shuttle, we could not reach the main desk, even after repeated tries. In the end, we took a cab (at the cost of $20.13). We will not be using the Hyatt Regency's services again.

The hotel room was great, only problem was the outdated clunky heating system. I couldn't get the room warm enough for me without the extremely loud heat system when it came on. The hotel staff was wonderful with great service.

Wonderful, quiet night before a very early a.m. flight. Parking was easy, signing up for the shuttle was easy, and we received a wake-up call, ensuring we were on time for our flight. The shuttle driver was efficient, and helpful. Bed was SUPER comfortable, room was quite nice.

The hotel was close to the airport. The room service and restaurant were all excellent. However, on our return I had to call the hotel 3 times and waited about 60 minutes before the shuttle arrived. This experience followed a 13-hour trip. Two other families also waited far longer than expected for the Hyatt shuttle. Also, on our trip to the airport we had to leave extra early—at 4:00am—because the shuttle to the airport only left on the hour. (We were the only passengers.) Because of the poor shuttle service I may choose another hotel the next time I fly from Dulles Airport.

Polite, efficient staff. Meticulous, elegant rooms. Twenty-four-hour shuttle service. Would definitely visit again on a future ParkSleepFly vacation.

We loved the room at the hotel. However, the shuttle only runs on the hour even though the web site says 24/7. We had to wait 45 minutes upon our return to be picked up. As we were standing there we saw two Marriot and Holiday Inn shuttles go by. The Holiday Inn shuttle even asks us who we were waiting for. I think he even questioned why it took so long. Hyatt may want to fix this problem.

The room was very clean. It's "modern" design unfortunately includes a frosted glass rather than a solid bathroom door... I can't quite imagine why. So, if someone gets up during the night to use the bathroom -- the entire hotel room gets lit up through the frosted glass..... so everyone's sleep gets disturbed. What an odd ball thing to do.

Room was wonderful! Very clean and spacious. Loved that the huge tv screen rotated from couch area to bedroom area. Close to airport and very friendly drivers.

The hotel and staff were marvelous. However, they need to review what is published about their hotel shuttle "24/7". I understand that staffing is slim due to COVID. But they almost did not have somebody to pick me up at Dulles. I am so grateful that they did make the extra effort to come get me. It was about 10:15pm.
