This is a wonderful property and it is run with the pride of a family owned business. Staff is accommodating to the traveler. Leadership empowers them to make decisions that serve the needs of the patron. Breakfast is creative and well done! Clean, bright, great service

Check in was easy and shuttle was easy and very prompt. Driver was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Will use again

Hotel was wonderful, breakfast very good. Had to wait for shuttle as it was Saturday evening and shuttle had to be in several places. We were informed that it would take longer than usual when we called from airport.

The hotel was a little further from the airport than I would like but overall the price we paid to park and one night stay at the hotel was cheaper than staying at the satellite parking at Dulles airport.

Spring Hill Suites (Ashburn Dulles IAD) shuttle is unreachable because nobody picks up the phone at the reception. Had to pay over 30 dollars for taxi to hotel.

The hotel and staff were professional. friendly and efficient. The rooms were amazing. The shuttle driver called in the morning of our airport departure, so we had to get a couple of taxis/vans to come pick us up. The hotel offered a credit against our room in compensation.

We were very pleased with this service… just wished the shuttle pickup on the return flight ran a little later…Our international flight had a 2 hour delay so we didn’t clear customs and baggage claim until after 10 PM so had to pay an additional fee for a taxi ride

Hotel room, breakfast, parking area, and shuttle all great. We had a longer shuttle wait at pick up due to an accident blocking traffic, so that does not reflect on service.

The people who took me to and from the airport were great ~ efficient and friendly. The breakfast was ample and very good. My room was fine. The toilet kept running, but it didn't really bother me as I was exhausted from a 2 week trip to Greece and slept well.
