Let’s be honest, I slept one night so I could park for 12 days. I didn’t expect the Ritz. What I didn’t expect was the odd adult male standing about 2 room away in the hallway, awkwardly scrolling in his phone, mouth agape. No eye contact. My partner and I make note and go to bed. We wale up the next morning, mentioning the odd behavior, and the same man is standing in the same position we left him in. Seemingly all night?! I mentioned it to the front desk who waved it off as some person they are aware of “Eugene”? And said they’ll look into it. Not reassuring. Then we waited for the shuttle at the time we were told (at the top of every hour). After standing there for 10 minutes I walk in and ask. Apparently checking in and signing the paper the night before wasn’t enough we were supposed to let the staff know a time we planned to leave, so that’s why the driver didn’t go. When this was corrected, the driver pops out of a car parked right next to the van and where we were standing for 10 minutes, with all our luggage…. The man barely speaks. Haphazardly sling our bags into the back and we’re off. Things go fine until getting out to leave and the man says, “what no tip?” Which we honestly didn’t have cash on us or expect to tip for a service I paid for to drive 1.2 miles to the airport. When we say sorry, he says “next time get your own bags” and drives off. We decided to just get a taxi in the way home to get my car. Unnecessarily rude!

Bathrooms were deteriorating and showing age. Moderately clean. Bed was comfortable and service was friendly at the front desk.

Amazing stay and communication. The room was lovely the lady at the counter was amazing and great before and after my trip . The driver was great too got me there and back safely and in a timely manner . I'll be using you guys every time myself or my family members fly out the country because that was definitely better than driving straight back after I land . Thank you for your amazing customer service see you guys soon!!

The hotel was quiet, clean and close to the Dulles Airport. Great place to stay when catching an early flight from ZDulles.

GOOD VALUE

Hotel was clean but dated. Fine though for an overnight near the airport.

Rust in the tub, no water pressure in the shower, the rooms really need a freshening. Left our vehicle at the hotel and took the shuttle to the airport. HOWEVER, on our return, we called the number for the shuttle several times but no one answered. So we tried calling the number for the desk. Again, no answer. At this point we were getting stressed because it was after 9 pm and the shuttle only runs until 10. Finally we called reservations and told them our problem and they got to someone. We would never use them again.

Rooms were fine. Breakfast was in a bag—grab and go. Not good

Shabby place…outdated, sketchy people, fan in inopt air-conditioner was noisy…couldn’t wait until we woke so we could leave!
