Comfort Inn Kent Seattle - Seattle–Tacoma International Airport

Lovely hotel. Shuttle driver is early in his English learning. Dropped me off at one place, said to be there for pick up, but, when the time came, pick up was a hike away. Could not get hotel desk to answer phone, only put me on hold. Frustrating, to be sure.

Great service! Clean hotel! Good breakfast! Could have longer hours for the shuttle thou. Would stay here again.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately we had a long wait for the shuttle. Close to 45 minutes in outdoor weather and very cold. The driver said he ran into an accident on the roadway. Assuming he used the freeway as he did on our way to the airport, we feel he should have known this was likely to happen in early evening traffic in Seattle. After we were picked up, he used a more back roads route to return to the hotel. This route took less than 15 minutes. It was very upsetting and we feel a little foresight from someone who takes customers to the airport many times a day should have k own this, especially if there was an alternative.

Hotel was great. Clean and comfy. Airport shuttle ended at 10pm so we needed to find our own way back to the hotel

The hotel itself is not bad. The lobby is tidy and the staff were very friendly. We stayed one night before our trip and then again the night we returned. Our car was parked there for almost 3 weeks and we were a little unsure of the area - but the car was still there when we got back. We parked right near a camera on the recommendation of the staff. Room was tidy and bed was comfy. Shuttle service was good both coming and going. Nice breakfast in the morning. We would consider staying here again for sure if we are flying out of Seattle again.

I was expecting to have a free shuttle ride, instead I received a taxi and I had to pay for the taxi ride. Also the driver was on his cell phone the whole time and drove with one hand. I was truly scared during the ride. When we returned, we skipped calling the hotel and just took a taxi to the hotel from the airport. The hotel was fine but the taxi ride kind of ruined the experience.

Manager was excellent, very personable and professional.......would use again anytime traveling from Seattle !

Good option for park and fly

I was expecting a shuttle not a taxi ride to/from the airport. Even when I called to confirm how to get back to the hotel from the airport I was told a shuttle would be dispatched once we called on our return. When we returned and called we were told to take a cab to the hotel and they would pay the cab driver at the front desk. Not that there was a problem with the cab rides, other than the run down condition of the interiors of the cabs, but our expectation was set as a shuttle ride. I think you need to be clearer in what to expect for transportation to and from the airport.

Hotel room had an awful smell., the airport shuttle was lack luster (doesn’t begin until 0700) and never arrived when called after we arrived back from our trip. The Hotel ended up paying for a cab ride back, but overall it was a terrible experience.
