I made the reservation in April for a end of August trip. Was concerned about the reviews that showed up after I made the reservation but I was pleasantly surprised...there wasn't any extra miles on the car, the catalytic converter was still attached, no new dents or dings. The rooms are small but fine for sleeping and showering (clean sheets/towels, no roaches or bed bugs). I didn't take the shuttle, it's only a 15 minute walk to the airport so the 5 star rating for shuttle should really be n/a, but that wasn't a choice.

Basic hotel and older. Staff at the counter were tops! The shuttle drivers were fantastic and helpful!

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel, this is it. It is older, and not a fancy hotel room, but it served its purpose. Planes fly over all night, so bring a sound machine. The people are very nice and super accommodating. The driver was one of the best that we have had in Seattle. Very pleasant and helpful.

This place met our needs just perfectly. The room was a bit quirky with the drawers to both night stands refusing to stay shut. But the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly, responsive, and professional.

When we arrived to check in on Jan.15/09 the desk clerk could not find a record of our reservation.Fortunately I had my copy of ParkSleepFly's confirmation and the motel had room for us so we were able to stay without any further problem.The motel was clean and the desk and shuttle employees were friendly and helpful.

It was nicer than our expectation. We had parked our car there a couple of times before, but this is the first time we stayed. We were both pleased with the accomodations in lieu of the low cost for the combined package.

The staff were great! Shuttle was timely. Hotel was clean but was in serious need of work as it was quite a dive, especially for the price. Would suggest they do some renovations.

This was a very positive experience. My only concern was that the Air Bag light was on when the attendant brought the car to me at the end of my stay. Our local garage could not correct this and referred us to the Chrysler dealership. They diagnosed the problem as a damaged Clock Spring, possibly caused by over-extension of the steering wheel. This was covered under warrantee and was replaced free of charge.

I had had a problem with my previous reservation; the hotel did not credit my deposit. The owner and clerk worked with me to resolve the situation with little fuss or hassle. I appreciate the close-in location and the courtesy of the staff.
