Motel 6 Seattle WA Sea-Tac Airport South - Seattle–Tacoma International Airport

Clean and adequate. Desk clerk was swamped and alone, there was a long wait to be checked in. Other than that, everything was efficient and orderly.

My experience using this hotel for Park/Fly/Sleep was excellent. It's not the Grand Hotel, but is not expected to be. It's a simple, clean, friendly place to stay for a night, and leave your car safely parked while you fly out. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful to me beyond my expectations (I needed some help with flight documents, etc). I'll book them again when I fly from Seattle or need to stay overnight near the airport.

Awful! No hot water in the room & no airport shuttle after my return flight. Had to take a taxi. I was chewed out by the taxi driver because myself & the hotel were wasting his time driving me to a hotel that had a shuttle. Bad experience. I will not use again.

Although they did not have a shuttle driver they were most accommodating supplying and paying for a taxi for us to and from the airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was neat and clean. There was a noisy person in the room above mine, but that's not the motel's fault. I was disappointed that there wasn't a shuttle driver available to pick me up. The lady at the desk told me what to do to get a ride back. I went to the taxi area and one was available in just a few minutes. I was reimbursed for my trouble.

Main issue was the shuttle was non-existent. I got a message from ParkSleepFly that the shuttle was not working, however, when I called they said they didn't know if they would have one purchased by the time of our trip but they were trying to purchase one. I was assured that an Uber or Lyft would cost about $10 since the hotel was less than 3 miles from the airport. Well no shuttle was purchased within a couple of weeks which was fine but there was no $10 rideshare available because at the very least, a $6 airport surcharge is tacked on to airport trips - the least expensive of our 2 trips was about $20, the most was $55 because there was little availability the Friday prior to labor day except for the most expensive category of rideshare options, so that bundle cost us an extra $75 due t other shuttle service being out of service, not the $20 we were misinformed about :(

Can NOT recommend this hotel! Front lobby closed due to Covid-19 concern: -- fair enough. Couldn't find my reservation because I booked online -- inexcusable. Those were in a separate pile of print-outs that took the personnel too much time to find -- inefficient and not helpful. I had to insist that I had a reservation, challenging the front desk staff! Then, no credit card functionality! I had to use the ATM across from the window to pay in cash! There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in a glass doorway en route to my room, which was bare bones -- don't expect much convenience (no coffee maker, shampoo etc.) and no airport shuttle (being repaired), plus no hot water at 5 a.m., Then, still no shuttle when I returned over a week later! At least my car was still there, but my call is: DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel wasn't very clean. Did feel very safe. The shuttle was broken down the day I left and came back 10 days later,still no shuttle. Room smelled a bit. Broken glass on the exit door. Someone else hair was on the bed. Sheets were soft. I would not stay here again.

The rooms themselves were.decent. However the whole reason we stayed there was for the convenience of leaving our vehicle there and use the shuttle to and from hotel. We'll that didn't happen the shuttle broke down before we left town causing us to use a lyft driver out of pocket and again when we flew back in days later we tried calling 6 times and no one came to pick us up from airport. Again I payed additional out of pocket for another lyft back to the motel 6 to get my truck. I honestly feel like I'm due a full or partial refund for my lost money and inconvenience!!

No si great. I will never recommend this place to no one . It supposedly had shuttle service that never work not one time you called the place after 8 days of been gone . The place was called about 6 times no one answered. Than someone answered the phone but they istill did not have shuttle service. We pay a taxi to briny us back to pick our vehicle 8 minutes away 20 dollars. Plus another 20dollars to take us to airport.

Motel 6 did not provide the shuttle service that was advertised. We ended up having to use a taxi. We won't be back

One word… a dive. Parking shuttle driver did not wear mask or ask other passengers to wear masks. Hotel site Gave the impression of a rough area.

Fine. As expected for the price, and very convenient for parking. However, the shuttle didn't arrive until almost 1/2 hour past it's expected time of 1/4 after the hour. Possibly because of a diva that disembarked when they pulled up at the airport

The hotel was what I expected for the cost and the parking was fine so that portion was okay but in the morning when we were leaving to the airport there was no front desk staff to be found and no one was answering the phone. There was a note that said be back in five minutes and no one ever came for at least an hour and a half based off of other customers, there was a gentleman that had been waiting since the previous hour and another half hour while we waited together. I ended up having to get an Uber to get to the airport and let the other gentleman go with us because he was probably going to miss his flight. It caused us a very stressful departure as they were about to close boarding by the time we got through security because we had waited around at the hotel for half hour before calling an Uber thinking someone would show up or answer the phone. My issue is with the hotel and their shuttle, not with your service to be clear.

They lady at the front desk was very nice, although she wasn't feeling well. I saw alot of homeless ppl hanging around which I didn't feel comfortable about. The cleaning supplies for the rooms were way to strong and made it hard to sleep

Met my expectations. Room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. Shuttle service was on time for departure to airport, but somewhat slow on retrieval. Hotel was full when I stayed. The only thing that seemed out of place was a fellow doing mechanical work on his vehicle in the parking area. Seemed like he had been there for some time.

The hotel is a little rundown there’s no lobby to wait. The room was nice however.

Will use ParkSleepFly again and again!
