Very basic, clear room, clean sheets, no frills

The hotel was disgusting as was the van used for shuttle service. The road noise was to much for sleeping as was the loud AC unit. The van was beat up, dirty, with holes in the seats. Customer service was almost non existing. The wait for the shuttle was long then when we got back to the hotel the lady behind the desk just sat there and offered no service. We were also asked to pay additional fees for the shuttle which shouldn't be when the price paid includes the shuttle. I do realize this was a cheap hotel but no, never again, We ended up needing a hotel for a night when we returned. We actually booked a cheaper one and it was fantastic, we gave it 4/5 stars based on value for the price (would have been 5/5 had there been more towels and what not...booked for 4 people and only enough towels for 1 in the room).

Shower didn't work. When I mentioned this to staff, she said we should have let them know - we got up as late as possible as but still in time to get shuttle after quick shower since we arrived extremely late.

It is a 3 star, had to phone 3 times for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and waited for an hour to be picked up. No security to pick up our car. Just had the tag and didn’t have to show id.

The hotel is old and looks real worn. It did appear to be clean. When we went to leave for the airport at five AM the driver did not show up. The lady in the office closed the office and drove us to the airport. When we arrived back we had to wait over 20 minutes for the van to pick us up. And lastly there was a baby cockroach on the wall of the bathroom.

If I have to pay for hotel the first night, should not also have to pay for parking that night. Did not know parking would be a completely separate charge from the hotel rate, thought it was combined. All in all, too expensive for the level of hotel, i.e. really basic.

No frills hotel but very clean inside and out. Friendly staff. We left our car here for 10 days, everything was great! Would definitely use again.

You could hear traffic from the room, which is expected when you get a hotel on HWY 99. But the staff was very friendly, prompt and had coffee ready before our early departure to the airport. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We were picked up quickly at the airport and our car was waiting for us near the front door.

The motel is older and the 'updates' have not been not been done with higher quality materials. The outlet by the sink in my room did not work, so that was inconvenient. The room, however, was very Clean and the Bed was surprisingly very Comfortable! My back and neck are unfortunately very particular when it comes to sleeping comfort, so I was very pleased to sleep so well! The front desk Personnel and Shuttle Drivers and Service were as friendly and helpful as possible. Thanks!!

A tank filling toilet was a bit loud. It’s not a fancy place, but clean and comfortable and great for an 6 hour sleep.

Did not receive wakeup call as requested, caused us to oversleep by 1/2 hour. Very basic room. Uncomfortable with having to leave car key, but understand the need to move cars around during our absence.

I didn’t end up staying in the hotel due to a change in travel plans.

The hotel was clean, no-frills as expected, with a very kind and helpful staff at the front desk. The shuttle service home from the airport turned out to be a disaster. The driver was not trained or ready for the job. He spoke not one word of English, and I didn’t speak any of his language. I was left standing in the cold and dark late at night for about an hour. This after numerous phone calls when I kept getting reassured “Oh, he’s coming in 10 minutes.” as a solo traveler, the situation started to get frightening after a while. my cell phone battery was starting to deplete, I was exhausted and tired. I was wondering if I had been abandoned, and had to figure out some other way to make my way to the hotel to pick up my car. Also, knowing that it was now approaching midnight and I still had a long drive ahead of me. I will never use your service again. Please be sure your drivers are capable of doing their job.

It was old but clean and the folks that ran it were very nice. I was concerned about the location but I would stay there again and use the ParkSleepFly option

The room was very clean and well kept. You could tell that having the rooms neat was important to the owners and staff.

Not the most quality of hotels but we only stayed one night. I had a bed and bathroom. Very very noisy though due to airport plane traffic.. was hard to sleep.
