Ramada by Wyndham Kent Seattle Area - Seattle–Tacoma International Airport

HORRIBLE experience. We booked this hotel as it had an airport shuttle. When we got there, the lady said they no longer had a shuttle but as we had booked prior they would hire us a town car. The next morning, no town car. The fellow at the desk was sleeping so soundly we had to yell to wake him and then it took a while for him to remember where he was. He called a taxi but refused to honour payment for it. We booked months in advance. Had the hotel contacted us to say there was no shuttle we could have rebooked at a different hotel. When we picked up our carl we found they were re-doing the roof. This would have been nice to know as we would have parked out of the way of flying debris instead of next to the building. We won't stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The rates were excellent and we really appreciate the park and fly option. Unfortunately the shuttle had broken down on our return trip so we had to use Uber but that’s our only concern and realize this is beyond anyone’s control

Room was clean. Staff was awesome and super friendly. We got complimentary drinking water. Check in was quick. Shuttle was fast. 5 star overall. Very satisfied customer.

Great service hotel could use a touch up and better clean

An old and getting tired hotel in need of a remodel. Located on a busy street with just one restaurant next door. No other stores in the immediate area. Front desk staff was friendly as was housekeeping staff,and complimentary breakfast was o.k. Rooms need to be upgraded. Had no issues with leaving my vehicle, but would recommend using a car cover if it will sit for any period of time . Self park with no security or fencing. Was told they had CCTV but did not see any.

We have used ParkSleepFly for the Peace of Mind and convenience of not having to worry about many problems we endured on this trip. Unlike other times, we were provided breakfast and transportation for an early departure and transportation for as late, or even later arrival. Instead, we were being told we would have to provide our own transportation to, and then from after we arrived, the airport because our departure required we be there prior to 6am (5:45am) and we arrived after 9pm (9:25pm). We didn't get breakfast because the dining area didn't open till 6am either! The room had an over powering odor of Pines Sol disinfectant and the air conditioner motor was so noisy at night we hardly got any sleep before our flight. No information was ever provided anywhere about the breakfast not being served before 6am or airport shuttle not being available before 6am or after 9pm. All this information would have definitely made a difference in deciding to use the Ramada. We ended up spending an additional $85.00 on taxi and Uber transportation and $35 for breakfast. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE or BREAKFAST PROVIDED!!! We have recommended ParkSleepFly to a lot of our friends in the past but now question whether will recommend or use it in the future. It is my recommendation that the Ramada be discontinued as a provider. If you wish to consult me personally by phone feel free to do so. Dave

I had to pay $30 to catch a taxi from the airport because there was no shuttle service when I landed. I gave the front desk clerk my return date and time and they said okay. Terrible! I would not recommend this hotel for park/sleep & fly

Checked in on 5/28 and came back on 6/12. The ice machine on 1st floor was broken on 5/28 and still had not been repaired on the 12th. Probably not a priority as they di have one on the 2nd floor. Elevator was 9 months overdue on its inspection, took stairs to get ice. Hotel needs an update but is clean, staff pleasant and breakfast ok

This is best described as a standard airport hotel. It's older, in need of some repair. Our carpet was stained but clean. The beds were clean but in need of replacement. Our outbound flight was too early for shuttle service or breakfast. Our in bound flight was mid day, but they were having phone difficulties which resulted in us catching a cab back. They staff we're incredibly friendly and customer service is clearly a priority.

Everyone was awesome

Hotel room stunk like smoke. The security door that needed a room key to enter to the hall way was broken leading to outside. The room had a booger on the wall by the beds. Was so disgusting. Had booked two rooms and when I got there they only had one room in my reservation even tho I had paid two separate deposits. Was not happy with the hotel and willnever be going back. The shuttle driver was very nice he was the only good thing about this hotel.

Hotel is run down. Did not know how to get out of there sooner! Bathroom was tiny but clean. We had to change room shortly after arrival because the room initially assigned was very noisy. Parking was good. We waited close to 40 min for the shuttle. Not fun after a long flight.

Fine location for Park Sleep and Fly and reasonable price.

Great hotel at a good price. Older facility, but well maintained. Clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and quiet, nothing special, but provided a good sleeping environment the night before we left.

fire alarm went off in the middle of night (just before 2 am). The alarm was going for over 20 minutes, woke up my sleeping baby and we couldn't get her back to sleep. After taking my family outside in case of a fire, there was no hotel staff to be found anywhere. The fire truck came and turned off the alarm almost 30 minutes afterwards and there was not even a fire just someone smoking the room. Instead of a restful sleep before a long fight my child was awake from 2am on and could not fall back asleep. I would never stay at or recommend the Ramada Kent again. No apology even and no staff, what if it had been a real emergency.

Hotel fine, nice accommodations. Lobby a little disorganized. Delivery to airport A-1, pick-up a very long wait. That said, my vehicle was kept several weeks & with a night's stay, very good value.

Bathtub did not hold water and didn't appear clean. I was not aware that the shuttle's first run was at 6:00am so I had to Uber to the airport to make my 6:45am flight. On the return trip I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle.
