Convenient place to stay with airport shuttle available. The hotel is a little dated, but employees were great. I spent the night prior to my flight at the hotel, then took the shuttle to the airport the next day. I returned eleven days later, caught my shuttle back to the hotel and picked up my car. Everything was exactly as advertised.

I choose to stay at the Seattle Best Western for a number of reasons: 1. the rooms are always clean and welcoming, 2. the front desk staff (as well as everyone I interact) are very professional and kind, 3. the breakfast provided with those early risers who are leaving on an early flight is outstanding and on and on and on. Their shuttle service the best and whether you are taking a shuttle to the airport or being picked up they are on time and just awesome to work with - especially when I have had a realllllly long return flight.

The hotel doesn't have a separate long term parking area, so I left the car for 3 weeks in some shade in the main parking area with a parking ticket on the dashboard. Airport transformation was easy - we reserved it to the airport the night before.

Check-in on both first night and return stay was courteous, quick and professional. Room was quite adequate, though the bed on the first stay was shook pretty badly every time one of us rolled over. On our return stay, the bed was very good (different room.) Breakfast was plentiful with good quality options. Transportation to and from the airport was reliable, friendly and professional. We parked our car in the back lot of the motel and felt that it would be safe. We returned to find it just as we left it - safe indeed.

WE were happy with all the help that the employees gave us from the time we checked in until we picked up our car 10 days later. The idea of picking us at the airport at any time was outstanding because our flight was late getting in and picking up our luggage. Great service from all the people to make our vacation very good. The breakfast was good.

Hotel was easy to find near the airport. Rooms were clean and neat. We got to park our own car and the lot was easy to park in. When we came back, the car was in good shape, no problems. A great service. Online booking was a little difficult for a novice user and I would have loved to be able to call the hotel with a few questions but got the regional phone center, I guess, and they weren’t as helpful answering question for the local hotel.

Hotel was good - room was clean - receptionist was pleasant. I came back late at night the wait for the shuttle was way too long and was picking up for two hotels. They left some people behind because they did not have enough room. I felt bad for the shuttle driver and the people left behind. I waited a long time but others waited even longer.
