This is a definite budget motel so do not expect much. Room was old with lots of little maintenance issues but overall it worked for the price. Parking was safe & secure. Shuttle took over 20 minutes from the motel to the airport after scheduled departure time & on the return it never showed up so plan on either Uber or taxi from the airport.

The shuttle is supposed to run every hour, on the hour. However, it consistently is 30-45 minute behind. Thankfully, we had planned lots of extra time at the airport, so we did not miss our flight. Our kids were getting anxious waiting that long, however. After our flight home, we were truly starting to wonder if the shuttle was coming at all. After 3 calls to the hotel, and receiving conflicting information about where the shuttle would pick us up, it finally came - after we waited 90 minutes. The hotel itself is very basic, but had comfortable, clean beds and a decent breakfast.

Just a 3 star hotel. Not as clean as it should be. Short on charging outlets. But very doable for one night stay and free parking while on vacation.

Bed shower mini breakfast shuttle were great Door jamb had been broken into before. No hot tub water pool was good price was good for sleep/park/shuttle. Over all I rate 8 of 10

We went on a cruise. After phoning the motel I found out that they do offer shuttle service to the piers for a fee. We didn’t need to use it as a local family member picked us up and we used Uber to return. Therefore I can’t rate the shuttle The survey doesn’t have an NA. We used the sleep and long term parking. It was fine and a good price comparatively.

The hotel was clean. Our room was fairly noisy because it was at the end closest to the freeway. The staff was friendly. There was no breakfast supposedly due to Covid, which seems a little odd because I don’t know anyone suffering from Covid anymore. The shuttle got us there on time and picked us up on time. It was nice to come back to our car that was in good shape still except that there was a lot of pitch from the tree that we parked under.

Not the best hotel, but the staff were attentive to any problems and the shuttle drivers were prompt and polite. Breakfast was closed down for some reason, but everything else went well enough.

The hotel was a bit to worn out, but clean and welcoming. They were further from the airport than I had realized. The price was worth it I guess, but I feel I need to step up to a more expensive place.

John is a great host, driving me to and from the airport. I've had him take me to and from the airport several times. A lot of noise from the freeway, but I can wear ear plugs, because it makes it very easy to get to the airport.

Let me start by saying I've stayed and used this hotel and service before and had no issue twice before. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. The room as always, immaculate, comfortable and quiet. check in was a breeze even though my license had gotten left at the airport. The problem was upon return and not being able to reach the desk or shuttle service for 45 minutes!!! When the kid finally decided to get back to his job, the driver was amazing and prompt.

My room was pretty and sparkling clean. My bed was comfortable TV worked great. The office people were very nice and their shuttle driver even got up early to take me for my flight before their scheduled time. My car was just like I left it when I got back after four days. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was not very welcoming. The room looked unclean and the bedding looked like it had been slept in. The tub/shower was very dirty. I didn't feel like taking a shower to clean up.
