The room was very clean and the lady was very helpful in getting me checked in and setting up the shuttle to take me to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is okay. I had one staff who I wasn't sure was doing what he said and another in it. Accommodations were okay, clean, good enough for one night.

Ok hotel for the price, good parking but airport shuttle is outsourced to Queen City taxi service with old vans in poor condition with drivers whose driving skills are questionable. My taxi experiences highlight why Uber has had so much success. Uber would have cost me $15 from the airport to the hotel, this would be a better option for the hotel to consider.

Person at desk on Sunday at midnight was not helpful. Rude and condescending in securing our ride from the airport to the hotel. After waiting for an hour, 3 calls to the hotel desk, we ended up taking our own car back to the car at the hotel. Last year we had similar but slightly better experience waiting far too long for a ride back to the hotel.
In summary, we are disputing the charge on our credit card for our stay. We will stop the hold on payment when you reply to this message and reimburse for the cab fare. In addition, we will never stay at any La Quinta Inn, will provide the worst rating and comments on Facebook, Trip Advisor and other media, and provide information to others that La Quinta should not be in the Park Sleep Fly airport business since they rely on taxi service and do not care if they pick you up at the airport.

Hotel accommodations are very good, staff helpful. However, hotel is about 10-15 minutes from airport, and they don't have their own shuttle service - they call a cab. Had number to call from cab company when returned, their mailbox was full, no response. Called hotel, they called some other cab company, took 25 minutes for cab to arrive, plus 10-15 minutes back to hotel. Seemed unnecessarily long since other cabs were waiting at the airport.

the shuttle used to be a large van ? now a TAXI? When I return from trips there is typically 6 of us with luggage ,the taxi does not work!

This is the second time we have stayed at La Quinta. Very good. Will do it again. Shuttle to the airport was very good. Very careful driver. Shuttle driver from the airport back to the hotel was not good. He drove way too fast and was reckless.

The hotel room was comfortable and neat.Quiet and beds nice. Shuttle service great on way there but breakdown in service coming back. Women took all flt info and our names and phone numbers. No business cards given for us when we requested for contact info for rides. Once called shuttle did not show up for 45 minutes with standing in cold. Not good system for customer service

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a huge snowstorm the day I checked in, and they let me check in early since the roads were starting to get slick. Airport shuttle service was extraordinary -- on-time, responsive, courteous, etc. Really, really great experience all around!!

I was highly pleased with the hotel service and the shuttle to the airport. The staff went out of its way to accommodate my travel needs and my extremely delayed return. The shuttle drivers were conscientious, on time, and very helpful. I'll use this arrangement again.
