Follow 101W to Manchester. Merge on to 93S. About 1 mile, take 293N. Follow
to and take Exit 2, Manchester Airport exit. Left at the bottom of the ramp
(Route 3A south). At the 4th set of lights, turn left onto Perimeter Road. The
hotel will be ½ mile on the left.
From Boston (south): Take 93N to Manchester. Left exit onto 293N. Follow to and take Exit 2,

From Nashua (south):
Take the Everett Turnpike north to Manchester. After $0.75 tollbooth take 293S.

From West:

I like this hotel however I emailed you that they overcharged me and I have not heard from anybody about this yet. I emailed when I got there that they charged me $230, it was adjusted to 200 but my invoice from you said that they should’ve charged me 184.

The hotel is nice, the shuttle weight was long, Both going to the airport and coming back from the airport. After confirming my shuttle was set up for 530, in the morning they had it set for six.
They’re always seem to be a back up at the front desk.

Everything went smooth with our transfer to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly! What stood out the most though was on our return our flight was canceled with no notice. When I called the hotel to tell them we wouldn’t be there the night of our scheduled return the lady I spoke with was fantastic! She canceled the night with no charge and assured us our car would be safe with no additional charges until we made it back. I have nothing but great things to say!

Over all the hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly.
It did show some wear and tear, We had stained and cracked paint from a past leak on the ceiling. And the carpet was stained, also the room did smell a little like animal urine.
Our coffee pot was not cleaned, when I asked about it the house keeper came and took care of it right away.
We did not have enough towels. When we asked for what was needed , we were told that laundry was being washed and someone would bring some up to us, but they never did.
Despite all of this, we probably would stay again.

Have stayed here before. We were on the first floor and carpet really needed a good cleaning. We called for our shuttle around 10 pm and was told to take a taxi and they would pay. Had to call back as there were no taxis to be found. It took over a hour and a half to get to hotel.

Suite was comfortable and all we needed for a quick night sleep and early morning shuttle to airport. (4:00 a.m. reserved shuttle)

Hotel was understaffed. I had requested a room for 3 adults and got a room with a king-sized bed and a couch that could pull out, but wasn't. I called the desk and was told I could come to the desk to pick up bedding. I ended up making the couch bed myself. The man at the desk was polite, but overwhelmed. For the price I paid, I really think the room should have been prepared for us.

Everything was great except that when we reserved our shuttle for our departing flight, we weren’t thinking ahead about when we were coming back. The lady that helped us was very nice, but I wish she had reminded us to also book the shuttle for when we got back. We got in late and figured there wasn’t a shuttle ready for us, so we grabbed a taxi which cost us $25 with tip. It was our mistake, but could have been avoided if she had been a little more helpful!
