Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff was more than helpful. Just disappointed pool was not open for grandchildren to have a swim. We were not aware that it was going to be closed when we made reservation.

Couldn't ask for better. The lovely receptionist set up the breakfast bar an hour early for us after I mentioned we'd be leaving before the set breakfast hours. . We didn't even have to ask, it was just there when we came down. Very thoughtful. She was so pleasant. As a veteran in the hospitality field, I was encouraged to know this woman is getting her degree in Hospitality. It seems to suit her well. You are lucky to have her! (The code for 'clerk' on my receipt says "MED". I can't remember her name.) The room was perfect for our needs, the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was fine except the bed was Motel 6 quality, not what I would expect for hotel with the Marriott name on the sign. I will not return to this hotel for this reason. Back to Himewood suites for my 2-3 stays per year.

your shuttle driver from Turkey helped me to remove snow from my car. I have never met such a kind person. He is so wonderful.

staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. shuttle driver was excellent. this hotel far surpassed our previous park and fly experience. will definitely use it again on future trips.
