Courtyard Manchester - Manchester–Boston Regional Airport

Originally I was going to stay at a different hotel- but didn’t know if I was going on my trip for sure due to a medical situation until 1 1/2 days before flying. When I called them when I knew my trip was on, they were fully booked. Thankfully the Courtyard Manchester had availability. My stay there was great! The staff gave me good directions to find the hotel. The desk clerks were very friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. It was easy to park my car. My shuttle to and from the airport were quick and wonderful. Thanks to all for making my sleep/ park/fly experience so good!

Perfect. No complaints. Loved that the car was undercover while we were gone. We were away end of Nov/ beginning Dec.

This is billed as a park and fly but our 5:00am flight time necessitated an early checkin at the airport. Courtyard’s shuttle did not run then so we were forced to rent a Uber. Very unhappy and felt we were cheated. Pick up when we arrived at 11:30 pm was excellent. Also no staff or guests were wearing masks. Live free and die.

I booked the wrong date for my return. I arrived at the hotel after midnight to find it appeared to be sold out. The desk clerk worked for a while and managed to produce a room. He could just as easily have sent me to a nearby hotel to try my luck. He did not. Marriott has another excellent member of their team.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous.

Our return flight was delayed more than 2 hours which was going to bring us in to the airport about midnight. We called the hotel to update them and Bree said that she was monitoring the situation and that the shuttle driver had agreed to stay past his usual quitting time to get us back to our car. As it turned out, several other flights were also delayed and our shuttle driver agreed to pick them up too. Absolutely wonderful service!!

A fantastic way to take early morning flight and treated very nicely at hotel thank you.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Everything about courtyard was as advertised. BUT, there was a kids hockey team there with out any one in charge. They raced the halls and bang on doors until at least to 2 am. So no sleep that night.

Happy with experience. Second time we have used it.

Everything was fine.

I had an awful experience from the beginning to the end. While checking in, the two staff working at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing. I even provided them with my reservation IDs for the two rooms booked and it was just a mess. We ended up not sleeping because of a sports team running up and down the halls, screaming, laughing, being vulgar. It was awful. I called the front desk several times and finally ended up calling the police.

Everything was great. Very nice room for the night. Great shuttle to and from the airport. The long term parking was right outside of the hotel and not in a separate lot away from the building like some other hotels do so I felt very good about my car being secure and it was.
