Hotel was clean rooms was clean however not please with shuttle

Excellent accommodations nice room great hot breakfast transportation to and from the airport was a little slow but we made our flight OK

This was probably the worst experience in the worst part of my trip to Florida but I’ve ever experienced Supposed to leave for the airport at 4:00 AM finally had A car pick up for people to take to the airport at 4:30 AM very rude driver On the return waited over 40 minutes to be picked up by the supposing hotel shuttle I’ll never use this service again

We always use your Park and Fly service whenever we fly early from Manchester. It has always been very satisfactory, even when we were delayed once, and returned after midnight. You sent a taxi to pick is up. Our vehicle has never been disturbed in your lighted parking lot. Thank you for this service.

The woman who checked us in was in an altered state and was too busy with her tarot cards to take care of us efficiently. We asked to be picked up at 715 am and at 7 am we got a call to our room yelling at us that we were late and the car was here. We called the day before we returned to make sure we’d be picked up on time but when we landed and called they said no one was available and we waited 30+ minutes.

Ok - hotel staff was helpful with early flight but on return waited over an hour for a shuttle which never came. Had to take a taxi which the hotel paid for.

Excellent accommodations, professional staff

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. My night was quiet and peaceful. The only negative is that there were a couple in the parking lot just drunk and drinking and there was a car full of people smoking pot. That made me feel a bit weird and that I needed to stay on my toes when outside of the hotel.

The hotel stay, parking and shuttle to the airport worked out fine. The return shuttle through Manchester (Queen City) taxi was unacceptable. The person answering the phone at the taxi service said that we would have the taxi in 10 minutes. It was well over an hour at 2:00 am when the driver showed up.

HOTEL WAS JUST THAT, NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. NO FRILLS JUST A PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD. BUT OVERALL CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

The morning desk clerk was asleep snoring!! The shuttle driver had to get us breakfast

The hotel was great. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Due to the Covid issue, the breakfast was not up to standard although they provided what they could under the circumstances. They recommended a great Italian restaurant in Manchester (Fratellos Italian Grille) which was excellent. The shuttle driver took it upon himself to get our flight number and time of arrival and was waiting for us when we came out of the terminal. We were so impressed! No hotel had ever provided this service for us in the past. The staff was great and we will definitely return to this hotel should the opportunity present itself.

hotel rooms were small and heater next door was loud. Toilet seat was loose.

We had a great experience staying at the comfort inn in Manchester. They packed us a breakfast because we were leaving before the Buffay opened. Their driver was polite and efficient they got us to and from the airport in a very timely manner and everything worked out great.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. They even packed a to go breakfast because of an early flight. The wake up call was on time and the shuttle was very convenient.

Nice, clean, friendly. Approximately 10 minutes from airport. Due to early departure got a bagged breakfast which was nice. Good shuttle service, both coming and going.

I had called in from SC to see if we could get the snow removed from our car prior to our arrival. Our shuttle driver Jay went above and beyond and even waited to scrape the ice off our windshield as the car warmed up. All of the staff was excellent and very helpful. We definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again when we travel. Thank you very much
