Room was basic and clean, as expected. Did not get a wink of sleep prior to my very early departure due to the elevator call button going all night long every minute to two minutes. Not sure how the front desk didn’t notice it through the night to stop it. Gentleman who drove me to airport at 4am was friendly. Upon return, I had to wait over 1/2 hour to be picked up, even thought the hotel is only 7 Minutes from the airport. And, it was an Uber or taxi that brought me Back to the hotel, or maybe even a staff member in their car…but definitely wasn’t the hotel shuttle.

Service was great, shuttle was prompt. Slept on the first floor, which was a little noisy do to the facilities, but overall very comfortable. Would recommend second floor next time. I will definitely book with this hotel again.

Between the INCREDIBLE staff, the wonderful rooms, the ability to leave your vehicle when you fly off to parts unknown with a wonderful shuttle service to the airport, the convenience of dining and shopping, (not to mention a great restaurant IN the hotel ... is there really anywhere else in Manchester that you should stay?
