lovely hotel. the rooms were more spacious than i thought, which was perfect for me and my family before our flight out of manchester. the shuttle came within 5 minutes of me requesting it as well. the front desk were extremely nice and helpful

Room was very clean, shower excellent, no problems with the shuttle services at all. Front desk was underwhelming, and not very responsive to issues that arose. (1 night fire alarm (false alarm) sent whole hotel outside at 2am - no explanations, no apologies.) Upon return, car battery was dead. Front desk offered no help except to give me the number for AAA. Most places I have stayed keep a portable battery to jump cars. Physical property is in great shape - but shaky customer service means I'm unlikely to stay there again.

room, parking, and shuttle were all very satisfactory. I have used them and this hotel before....and will use them in the future...and recommend them to others.

Hotel was fine, but we were told that breakfast was at 5AM, and since our shuttle was leaving at 5:30AM, we assumed we would be able to eat. Breakfast was not available until 6AM.

I think that the Hotel should allow more days for parking your car (included in your stay). We stayed at the same hotel, the same month in 2010 and were gone for the same amount of days and were not charged for any extra days. This time we were charged. Who goes on a vacation for less than 7 days??? If so, why bother...

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is right by the airport as the crow flies but takes at least ten minutes to get to the airport in the shuttle. The only issue we encountered was on our return trip, we did as they said and called the hotel once we had our bags in hand, they said it would be a ten minute wait when it turned out to be a 20-25 minute wait. Luckily we were not in a huge rush or else that could have really been a bummer. I would use this hotl again, I would probably just call the hotel before I got my bags from baggage claim.

Hotel was very convenient to the airport and the desk staff and shuttle drivers were wonderful. Great rate for the package.
