The hotel was awful. I was expecting a decent place and was afraid to leave my car there, so I ended up parking at the airport. They also did not provide a shuttle. In their defense, they did mention it in the confirmation email but that is something I just saw had come in and didn't take the time to read. I would NEVER use this service again.

As I was checking in, due to COVID it was through a window as I stood outside. It was late at night and there were some seedy people asking me questions. All I wanted to do was check in and go to bed. I felt quite uncomfortable.

I was not happy with the quality of the room I was given. I did not complain as I was too tired and the sheets and bedding were clean. The bottom sheet had a rip on the side and the top sheet a long ink appearing stain down the top. The carpet was dirty and stained-I would not go barefoot on it. The bathroom was clean as were the sink and toilet. when I came into the room in the dark, the light switch next to the door did not work and I stumbled to the phone where I called the night clerk. She told me how to turn the light on beside the bed. Overall, I did not appreciate the price I paid for a six hour sleep!

Will never stay here again truly unbelivable. The major's wife was loud at 3 am in the morning with two childran running up and down the hallways. 4am coffee came and went i leftcat 419 and the manjor 2 children and the wife or girlfriend were all still having breakfast and stated it would be a while longer. Hotel room was nit updted nor clean pay double stay elsewhere. Oh the parking is no longer on the lit under lights bit behind the building in an unsecure are.

If all you are looking for is a place to park to auto, this may be it. But if you are looking for service, room supplies or cleanious, this is not the place. Worse place I have ever stayed at.

Would not recommend this place. Not clean. Could not get a shuttle back to get our car. Had to pay $20 cab fee.

Hotel was acceptable, a little old and worn but it was clean and everything worked. The shuttle to the airpot was fine, came on time and had no issues there. The shuttle from the airport was a little confusing, but after talking to the desk clerk several times I knew what to do and it worked fine, got our bags and walked out tot he center isle and the shuttle came within 15 minutes. All in all, it was worth the price and I would consider staying there again and using their shuttle option

Due to a renovation project, the hotel only had rooms on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. No offer to help carry luggage. Called to ask for bathroom tissues and was informed that they were not provided. Beds OK. Shower only permitted luke warm water. Windows didn't lock so I put a hanger in the track to prevent someone from opening it. The parking lot was not a secure lot. It had a duplex on it where people lived and a fence around most of it. All parking spaces were extremely small and difficult to park in. I will select a different parksleepfly hotel next time.

We only stopped to sleep, so it was okay. Toilets in both units needed to be flushed twice to clear bowl. No kleenex in either unit. Shower didn't drain in 122.

You can tell the owners are trying very hard to renovate the place. It is clean and tidy, the breakfast was adequate and the parking was safe. however, the homeless people near and in the building was a distraction. One of our bath towels was accidentally left by the cloning person and it was their cleaning towel. The towel was "clean" yet very stained with who knows what! The area is an industrial area and a bit noisy as expected, take ear plugs. Also the floors of the hotel are original and squeak loudly even when an adjacent room walks. Lastly the shuttle service was on time and friendly both for departure and pickup! I was told when I arrived, there was no reservation, they did accommodate me. I was told by the staff that I could do this type of reservation direct.

Growing up, my family stayed at Howard Johnson hotels on road trips but, this HJ was a bit run down. The lobby, room, and grounds were pretty clean though. To get to the dark & sparsely lit parking area, you have to walk a block and a half down a dark side street so, I won't recommend it to my wife or female coworkers. This was my first time to use ParkSleepFly.com, and I'll probably use it again but, I won't stay at this HJ again.

A/C unit was deafening. Rattled, vibrated all night long, but only for 15 mins. Would then shut off for 10 and kick back on. If I got 2 hours of sleep, I'd be shocked. (I think it was room 212 if I remember correctly.)
