Happily amazed that there is a wheelchair lift van available for the airport shuttle! This is so very helpful and sadly, rare. Thank you! Staff was very helpful and we found the room clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but just fine for an airport overnight stay. Will definitely do this again when flying out of Phoenix.

The staff at the front desk were very approachable and kind. The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, and the food was great. I parked my car from July 2-28, and it was a relief not to worry about its safety while I was away. The pricing was fair, and the shuttle bus back in forth to the airport was convenient and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free stay and reliable parking services.

Hotel was under going construction And was not as advertised Will not be using park sleep fly again It was more expensive to use this service then to just park the car and pay for a hotel.

We used the hotel because we had an early flight had to be at airport at 3.00 and live 90 minutes away, so is convenient, and don't have to maneuver the construction getting to and from airport, the shuttle does that for us.

A misunderstanding led to our wait for the shuttle. It had actually come by us twice but I had heard the receptionist on the phone say the wrong color shuttle, It would be a good idea to advise the customer during the stay at the hotel what shuttle to look for when being picked up at the airport (at 12:30 am!) That being said, I would reuse this hotel for my next trip! Vey convenient!

Park Sleep Fly is a good system. However Surestay by Best Western is not a good choice. The location is not the safest place to be. The look of the place and quality of the rooms is less than satisfactory. The shuttle service to the airport was very good, but coming back was not. While our (1st) driver was great, he was not able to complete the trip as he was ordered out of service so they would not have to pay him overtime. We had the change shuttle vehicles to get back to Best Western. This is not to take away from the drivers who were wonderful. But be aware this shuttle services other parking areas, so you are a low priority getting back to the hotel. We will continue to use Park Sleep Fly, but will not stay at Surestay by Best Western again.

This was the most affordable park and sleep option I could find and it was perfect. Everyone was lovely, rooms were very comfortable , my car was secure behind a locked gate. Please be sure to leave a tip for the maid as you should everywhere you go by the way.

Freeway construction made getting to hotel a little tricky, but that was the only drawback, stayed two nights, because we had early flight and late arrival on return, had to figure out where shuttle picked us up, but when found it, he was just arriving, so no wait.

We Enjoyed our brief stay at the Surestay. It was clean and quiet and the agents were helpful. We only stayed one night because we were anxious to get home from our stay in Morocco. We will use your hotel again if we have the need.
