Holiday Inn Express Phoenix Tempe Town Lake - Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

The hotel nice enough, but we had no room key because the readers were down. If we left the room we had to have the staff open the door. They were not set up for shuttle, it took 3 hours to find out how we would get to the airport and when we came back it took over half and hour to find someway to pick us up at the airport.

Hotel is under remodeling. Very difficult to get in and out of the building but it was open. We were NOT notified that there was construction/remodeling when we made the reservation. There was no bathroom available in the lobby when we arrived to park for the week, so we had to wait until the Lyft driver got us to the airport. On our return, the room was clean and comfortable. I hope that there are still details to finish as there was not a single shelf or ledge or seat in the shower. There was no place to put my soap/shampoo or wash cloth in the shower stall. Someone will get hurt trying to get their items off the floor. The floor in the shower was slippery. As a nurse, I would be very concerned for any elderly or handicapped customers using this facility. If these details are remedied once remodeling is complete I think the place will be very comfortable.

They were in the middle of a remodel but did not disclose that before we went. We specifically needed a pool for the kids and they had it closed. Also, only one employee was on duty when we flew back into town and the phone rang for 10 minutes before anyone could answer. The poor guy explained he was by himself, so we understand, but overall the worst experience at a Best Western, ever. The van was not available so he had to send a Lyft in a Toyota Corolla which was very tight for 3 of us and a lot of luggage. He was there very fast to pick us up though. He was in the area. The hotel was terrible but we would use the convenience of parksleepfly again.

The Best Western seemed to be under renovation. The shuttle service was great though. Vincent was very professional and made sure all of our transportation needs were met. It really exceeded my expectations.

Room was great. A/C worked great and had 2 fan speeds so it could be run slightly quieter than average. There were black out blinds which helped with sleeping in. The texting updates on my Lyft ride for airport transport was prompt and seamless.

Clean, comfortable, good place to leave the car. Very friendly.

Very good experience. Lyft ride was arranged promptly. Nice room. Extremely pleasant staff. Hotel was under renovation, however that did not affect my stay whatsoever. Will stay there again.

Nice hotel in spite of the fact that they were in the middle of renovations. Lots of things like lobby bathrooms, breakfast room etc were closed down.

Hotel was right off of 202 an close to the airport. Hotel was clean.

The room was so clean we wondered if it had been remodeled. The checkin was easy and they were so polite and helpful.

stayed the night before flying, easy shuttle to the airport. on return it took a longer for the shuttle back to the hotel but it was good. car was undisturbed, all good. nice hotel using masks and social distancing measures.

The hotel was under construction but there wasn't anything to warn me about that when I booked my stay However, Wayne, the front desk clerk, was excellent!

The Best Western was undergoing remodeling so many services were not available. However for a quick overnight stay I appreciate the rate for a room that was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a TV guide though.

Hotel was very accommodating. Did not reserve a room on my return but booked a room for the night when I returned .

We had a change in our return and Park/Sleep/Fly worked with the hotel to make the necessary changes with no additional fees.

Very convenient - We had a great nights stay and then left our cars and fly away for a week- came back to cars still there! There were 3 couples in our group and we were all very pleased!

They don’t have a shuttle available a lot of the time. They ordered a Lyft for the way over at 4:30AM, and the way back at 5PM. We waited 40 minutes for a driver on the way to the airport. If I hadn’t been CLEAR and status with airline, I would have missed flight. Indoor pools and ho tubs are unheated and filthy. Poor experience

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel shuttle was not operating so the hotel called a Lyft ride for me to and from the airport. Very nice to have them arrange that detail.

The most unaccomodating hotel I’ve ever stayed in...letter sent to customer support...no confidentiality observed....no acceptable accommodation for senior with disability..had to sleep in chair...toilet broken..I would rate this 0 if I could Had to pay for transportation it was not complimentary
