The hotel was nice. Had a good restaurant on site. The shuttle service was ok for the flight leaving. Returning we waited over an hour and then I called again and were told to take a taxi and they would compensate us when we arrived at the hotel.

Biggest issue was that the shuttle was not available for AM drop off even though we had scheduled for service the night before. We had to take a taxi.

So much better than we expected. Due to early hour of our return, we had to call an Uber, but were reimbursed immediately.

Our check in person ( young man) was excellent. The system went down for 12 plus hours and he handled everything very well.

All good. Our room was nice, easy access to the airport. Shuttle driver very accommodating as was the staff. Our vehicle was in safe hand during our vacation. Thank you! (Upon arrival January 26th, 2022, the hotel did not have our reservations on hand even though our reservations were made in late September of 2021. The staff with the paperwork I had presented located the reservation). A small hiccup and a resourceful clerk made it work.

The room was clean a n d comfortable. The restaurant was shut down because the "cook was sick". Front desk stafff were slow to acknowledge you.- too busy chattingwitheach other. The shuttle wasn't running on the morning we left, but they did provide a cab to the airport. On our return, [mid-afternoon]I called the shuttle number 3 times, no one picked up, it kept cycling back to the phone tree welcome. So, I called the hotel FRONT DESK 3 times, again NO answer. After 15 minutes, I gave up and called a cab. Terrible customer service!

The hotel management was clearly not entirely on board with Park/Sleep/Fly. There was no record of my reservation at the front desk. Employees there explained that managers do not "forward" P/S/F reservations to the desk. I waited 20 minutes at check-in while the front desk folks (who were great) struggled to figure it all out.

The hotel and shuttle service to the airport were fine. Nothing special, but clean and on time. However, when we returned from our trip we waited over 45 minutes and made 3 calls to the shuttle service before being picked up. No one wants to wait outside almost an hour for a shuttle after a long trip. Additionally, our shuttle driver did not say one word to us and took a telephone call on his cell phone violating the hands free law.

I had a Great experience here at the Radisson Sleep,Park and Fly. The Hotel is newly renovated and very nice. Comfortable bed. Low noise. Shuttle was prompt taking me to the Airport and prompt picking me up when I arrived back. My car was right where i'd parked it. The only thing I'd say is that there is no coffee in the Lobby for Guests like many Hotel/Motels. Which is a preference of mine and no Free Breakfast of any sort. There is an on site restaurant that provides a handful of items. This is why I gave it 4 Stars instead of 5. Overall a Very good Experience.

The hotel was fine and I have no complaints about it. I believe PSF needs to work on the interface with the hotels. After reviewing my hotel invoice I discovered that I was bill twice for taxes and services, once by PSF and again by the hotel. The hotel invoice began with the exact amount PSF said I'd be paying there, but then added tax and an occupancy fee, about what PSF estimated. Once I called the hotel, they refunded me. I hope this isn't happening to others.

Hotel was great. EPIC fail that they missed giving us our wake up call when we had to get to the airport early and we waited far too long for the shuttle when we returned.

Hotel was excellent, the staff most helpful in every situation. However, I will not book through parksleepfly.com again. The hotel had no record of my reservation and the parksleepfly.com site had no customer service number. I would choose the hotel again, but would book directly through them.

The hotel was nice, close to airport. After we got our luggage, it took 2 phone calls to find out when the shuttle would arrive. We were driving home after flying in from Hawaii and that was another 2 1/2 hours. The poor shuttle driver said the hotel was booked and he was the only driver. That is unacceptable. The hotel should keep a log of the number of people using the shuttle at any given time flying in to have adequate staff available. We were tired from the trip and the wait put us way behind in driving home.
