Traffic around the hotel was very noisy. I did not sleep well. The television in our room did not work well.

clean; large rooms and close to airport. Also, noise can be a problem based on its location to the highways. Breakfast was excellent and employees helpful

Hotel needs a little updating but the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a great spread, and shuttle driver was great as well. Parking is not in a secure lot but we parked for 8 days, were picked up at the airport and returned with no problems.

Clean with friendly staff. Beds are hard and breakfast is disgusting. It was nice to leave our car and go. The wait for the shuttle back from the airport felt a little long, but they don't have a dedicated shuttle driver. Someone from the desk does it and leaves when you call. So I understand the wait and it wasn't a big deal. I probably felt it more since I was tired after a long day of travel. Drivers were very friendly though.

Hotel was clean and in good repair. Lobby and breakfast room were nicely decorated and welcoming. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Bath tub was slippery and had no non-skid mat. water faucet had to be turned on slowly or it would overshoot the sink.

Want to clarify the ratings below ... have used other hotels even closer to the airport that are nicer so will probably not use this particular ParkSleepFly again. Regarding the shuttle, the DRIVER WAS EXCELLENT (think his name was Alex) - problem was with desk clerk who didn't bother to radio the driver and tell him we were ready even though he first said he would and later said he had, but was distracted with clients and phone. Took 3 calls to the hotel and when the driver finally arrived, he had not been notified until 2 minutes earlier.

The hotel is nice and in a very convenient spot for travelers. Fresh baked cookies and coffee available at check in was a nice toiuch
