We could not figure out how to adjust the room temperature so we were cold all night. Aside from that everything was fine. Transportation was great, very polite and came right away.

Hotel easy to access, room was ready and just fine! Shuttle to and from the airport was expeditious and our driver was so pleasant and courteous ... No wait time. Would definitely do this again!

Clean n good sized room, coffee maker fridge & microwave. Plenty parking and safe. Close to BWI and eateries. Shuttle was dependable going and returning, make sure you know where they will pick you up (stop 49) near the end of BWI. Check in agent was new and did not provide the necessary information for parking (permit/area), shuttle ( times/place) but it all worked out without problems. Shuttle return told us 12 minutes and he was on time

The hotel and staff were great, the shuttle service to and from the airport was fast, felt it was a safe place to stay and park. The bathroom in the room was small, it snowed while on our trip we returned to get our car a few days later and the parking lot was clear in the driveway but the parking spaces were not plowed.

Our park and fly experience was great!! We parked, stayed the night got a shuttle to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle came very quickly, picked us up and took us to our vehicle. We will definitely be using Park & Fly again!! Thank you.

Because our return flight was very delayed, we missed the shuttle service to return to the hotel/car. Last shuttle was at 1:00 a.m.. However, this was not the Red Roof Plus problem. I did call just in case service was still available. Uber cost was $16.

This hotel had itchy sheets, rooms smelled like stale smoke, old loud AC units. Facility itself was not clean. Would never go back. Spend a little extra and chose a different hotel.

Service was good, quickly checked into room. Room was clean and good for an overnight stay. Only negative was that there was no room in bathroom to put personal toiletries. Everything rolled off the small metal shelf . Shuttle arrived quickly for airport pickup.
