Don't have someone call me on a scratchy phone line and ask me to confirm my credit card number. Not sure if you have ever heard of scammers, but it's a thing and this is probably the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

Great place to sleep before or after a flight!

The shuttle drivers were both great....Friendly, helpful and informative about the airport service. As we are about an hour from the airport, Park Sleep and Fly is a great option for us on early flights.

Great service... quiet room... excellent shuttle service

I chose this hotel because their shuttle service starts quite early in the morning. They also have a hot breakfast which start earlier than that offered by some of the other hotels, and the receptionist told me they would fix me something if I needed to eat before 6:00. Catching an early flight was my reason for spending the night near the Manchester airport so this hotel worked well for me.

Both the hotel and the transfer service were above average. Nice clean room and very clean transport vehicle. Both drivers we had were very friendly. When told that our flight was early and we would miss the offered free breakfast they offered "breakfast to go" a very nice and unexpected gesture.

Hotel staff was great. Waited a bit for shuttle.

The hotel room was 5 star, there were no beverage machines on my floor, nor was there a tv menu provided, I couldn't operate the tv.

We are so happy we decided to try your Park/Sleep/fly option. It removed a lot of stress from our travel experience.The hotel room was perfect and the staff all so helpful. The shuttle drivers were prompt, polite and professional, both to and from the airport. We will definitely use your hotel again if we decide to fly out of Manchester airport in the future.

The hotel was clean, cozy and had efficient. I would reccomend it to my friends and co-workers.

We were kept awake by noise above is until after 11 pm. Called numerous times in order to have shuttle pick us up upon return. Kept getting voice mail and could not get a live body to request a pick up which was very frustrating. The shuttle drivers were very virtuous and friendly. This was the first time we have stayed at your hotel and it was not a totally positive experience. Not sure I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me. I booked two rooms or for myself and one for my in laws asking for two rooms on the same floor with King beds. And brought my confirmation with me to check in to find out they only had one room for me when I got there and tried telling me I had to pay and extra $80 on top of my confirmation price because the game me an upgrade With a jacuzzi tub that I didn’t ask for and they were out of another room with a Kong’s size bed or on the same floor. There was no manager on site to talk with until after we went to bed and he was gone by the time we got to the front desk to check out at 5:20am to catch our flight. We asked for a 4am wake up call and never received one. It was unnecessary chaos And confusion in regards to our final bill and getting to the airport that we did not need before flying out of town. When we returned the gentleman who picked us up was upset because we had 4 people plus luggage and he was slamming our bags around trying to jam them into the back and when I tried to nicely suggest an alternative he said no and continued to slam and jam our bags. So very disappointed and frustrated. I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience from beginning to end. I will choose a different hotel / park and fly next time.
