This hotel was very substandard. I would definitely use the service again but you should eliminate this hotel from your program. The rooms were old and dingy. The bed was awful. No secure parking. The shuttle never showed up and we took an Uber to the airport. Returning was much easier as the van was timely.

This H.J. hotel is falling apart! The hair dryer was missing (bracket was pulled out of the wall), the coat rack was falling apart, there was no outlet to plug the coffee maker into, the only electrical outlet was in the bathroom, at least one lamp did not work, the bath tub faucet was pulled out of the wall, bathroom wall paper was coming off the walls, garbage left in the hallways was stinking up the hallway, young women were sitting on the floor in the hallway, there was no breakfast or coffee offered. Although the front desk was very personable and helpful, the desk did not answer phone calls to request shuttle pickup from the ATL airport and we had to arrange return to the hotel on our own. We will never go back to this H.J. hotel. You get what you pay for!

Horrible experience! Hotel had food and trash all over the floor of the lobby. Dirty sheets on the beds. Car was vandalized and parts were stolen while parked there. Complete nightmare. Only positive about this place was the staff on check in was pleasant. No one would answer the phone for shuttle back to the hotel from the airport so i eventually took an uber only to return to my car having been vandalized. This is not a comfortable nor safe place to stay or leave your vehicle! Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay!

The hotel was awful and run down. Street people in and out. maintenance man walks in my room at 8 at night no knock or nothing. Had to call a cab to and from the airport. So the shuttle times are false advertising.

1 star only because I had to. 1. The shuttle times on my confirmation did not match the actual hotel shuttle schedule. They did get us a cab on our outbound flight, but the guy (Alex) made us wait until he got paid by the hotel and filled out his paperwork and almost made us late. 2. While we were outside waiting, at 4 am, the party crowd was smoking weed right outside the lobby doors with the security guard hanging out eating her snacks. The desk attendant came out there as well to smoke her cigarettes and yet not a word about those people being out there. 3. Our flight was delayed on the way back and the hotel told me to find my own way and that was it, no help at all. We ended up staying at another hotel for that night.

Seem to be permanent residents.all the time coming and going. Outside needs cleaning and wash windows.no food. Pool closed and dirty. Lobby was clean room needs carpet ripped up and replaced

Drugs, prostitution, as soon as we pulled up to the hotel they were standing out front smoking marijuana. room didn’t have 1 light bulb bulbs and no phone. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in.

The Howard Johnson Atlanta Airport was the worst hotel I have stayed in since a couple of fraternity brothers and I went to Mexico on Spring Break and $20 each in the 1960s! My companion called it scary; she is being too kind. All sorts of folks were hanging around the lobby. There was absolutely no lighting outside the main entrance. The desk clerk informed us there was no breakfast offered due to Covid ("the dog ate my Covid") and could not offer any suggestions, since there are no alternatives within a couple of miles. We finally found what passed for dinner and went to the airport an hour earlier than planned so we could have a decent breakfast. The room was outdated and of questionable cleanliness. No amenities were provided. We are trying to forget the details as they are not a fond memory. We did not even call for the shuttle upon returning to ATL but called a taxi instead. We were relieved and surprised to find our car intact and beat a hasty retreat. The best way to see this place is in your rear-view mirror.

Horrible experience. Requested handicap room but bathroom had no handles for toilet. Was a smoking room on the 2nd floor. Check in clerk seemed to know nothing about park and ride deal and I really worried if my car would be there when I returned. Kids running wild and had to listen the entire night to obscenities being screamed at someone. Wake up call NEVER happened. Room was filthy.....found trash in 3 separate drawers and never did find tv remote.

We have used this hotel for parking while traveling for several years. This trip we stayed overnight. I realize its an old hotel, that being said there is no excuse for filth.. Dirt, food, nasty used towels line the hallways leading to the room. In the room dirty furniture, unvacuumed dirty floor, furnace cover busted and hanging off, bathroom door won't close cause its not the right size and its covered in filth. The smell was so bad throughout the whole place. The only good thing I can say is The front desk lady was very kind.

The hotel was rundown and scary. While we were there the police came in looking for someone and there were a lot of guys loitering in the lobby and parking lot. Also the elevator was not working correctly. I will not go back.

The parking was straightforward. I checked in to advise car was parked, we were flying that night and staying on our return. I was given room keys? We started again. On arrival on the 5th I called the hotel for the shuttle to collect us from international arrivals and we waited 50 mins so called the hotel again. The phone was not answered so after ten mins hung up then tried a bit later. Finally phone was answered and shuttle had been sent to Domestic arrivals so was told to go back through baggage reclaim to domestic arrivals. Not only is that information incorrect, it is not possible to do that. The shuttle driver finally called us as we boarded a bus (with all our luggage and disability) and had a 15 min drive to domestic arrivals. The room had no sink plug, no coat hangers for our clothes, no hairdryer and no iron. It was far from clean (behind nightstands) and whole hotel was well worn! At 2.30 am there was horrendous noise from we believe either next door or above us and talking loudly and TV went on all night. After 12 hrs travelling including a nine hour international flight, this was the the last thing we needed. I reported the room state and noise to the front desk and was told she would write it up.
