Clarion Pointe Atlanta Airport - Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Close to the airport, and i really appreciated the driver helping us to navigate the international part of the airport.

Basic hotel as we expected. Very clean room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is small and appears to be a much older hotel, but recently renovated. The staff was super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great. Absolutely no complaints. Nice bed, cool and quiet room, and a great breakfast.

The hotel was fine, clean room and good continental breakfast. We would stay again. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The room was clean. The breakfast was typical hotel food. It was nice to be able to park the car there and get a scuttle. On our return trip we stayed the night before heading home.

I'll be honest, I got what I paid for. A dry roof over my head, a hot shower, and a good night sleep the night before I flew out and the night I flew back. Having someone drive us to & from the airport was nice too. My disappointment was in not getting a bagel & cream cheese in the mornings, but that seems to be an issue with Clarion hotels in general. I will definitely recommend the Park Sleep and Fly option to others!

Overall room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was subpar. Staff not very helpful with shuttle difficulties.

Great! Only didn't know that the hotel had no elevator. It's only two floors, but I've never seen an indoor hotel with no elevator. Just something to keep in mind.

The Clarion Pointe is everything you see online. Very clean, great helpful staff, quiet 🤫 & centrally located to the airport. Parking was a breeze and returning was as well.

I would use Parksleepfly again but not at the Days Inn. It took me 35 minutes to get checked in because they could not find my reservation, after looking for 25 minutes they located it but then it took forever for them to finalize it and get me a room. I waited for the shuttle for 30 minutes then finally called the hotel, she said that she would send someone right over, it was still another 25 minutes, it was late, cold, windy and rainy... not happy!

Clean no-fuss hotel

My overnight stay was ok. When I returned to the Atlanta airport, no one from the Days Inn (1540 Phoenix Blvd) was there to return us to pickup my truck. It so happened that another DaysInn driver took us to the Phoenix hotel. Then when I went to get my truck, I noticed that it was broken into. Very disappointed

The hotel staff was rude and indifferent to your even being in the hotel. They acted as if you were of no consequence to them whatsoever. They stand there and make you wait at the window I'm on the phone with my boss tell your boss you have a customer and you need to check him in. Just not what you expect from people in the hospitality business.

The hotel accommodations were fine. Parking was ok. However, we did not realize there was no shuttle running between noon and 5 pm. When I called the hotel to inquire, the suggestion was to wait til 5 pm (Our plane landed at 2:20 pm!). Then he told was to call a neighboring hotel with whom Days Inn had an agreement. Their shuttle didn't come either. Finally another hotel's shuttle driver offered to take us.

Everything would have been fine if it were not for the poor job of the shuttle. Upon returning I called and was told the shuttle would be at the airport in 20 to 25 minutes. It never came. My wife called, same answer came. I called again and was told the shuttle would be there soon. After 3 calls and and 1 1/2 hours later I finally decided to get another ride to the hotel. It cost me $20. I complained to the manager and told him he owed me $20 dollars and he just gave me a line. I walked out. I'll never use Days inn again.

No problem with parksleepfly just the hotel itself. The employee at the counter was very rude and said that we didn’t have reservations. I had to pull up all my information and show him everything and he was still saying we didn’t have reservations. What a jerk!! The shuttle left us while we were outside waiting to get on them after we returned we had to wait over a hour and half for a shuttle at the airport. I will never stay here again!!

Days Inn was clean but worn and dated. Shuttle service intermittent.
