Front desk gentleman very helpful and courteous

The over night stay was fine but the shuttle to the airport was down and had been down for some time. What I saved in parking fees I lost in Uber fees.

Very clean and nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was getting shuttle service upon return. Required three calls and almost an hour

The hotel manager was especially helpful. The shuttle was late due to another pickup at another location. Wonderful service.

Hotel was fine, in morning - no time for breakfast. Shuttle waited for us. On the return - the shuttle took awhile for pickup. We didn’t realize when we booked they only go once per hour

We used ParkSleepFly to drop off our car for a week and use the shuttle to the ATL airport. We ended up not sleeping overnight on our return from our trip as we just wanted to get home, so I have no review for the hotel room itself. Our car was safe at the hotel and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were courteous and came to pick us up from the airport late at night when we called the hotel after our delayed flight. We would recommend!

Convenient to airport with shuttle.

The hotel was fine but we had to wait 40 minutes in 100 degree weather on the return trip 7/16. The van finally shows up and the air conditioner is blowing hot air every time the van accelerated.

Hotel was very nice, shuttle driver was very nice. I've used this service several times and it is really convenient since I live 3 hours from the airport. There was a food delivery service to the airport which was great. The problem here was.....the front desk staff was pretty clueless about a couple of things -- my reservation, check in time (which was indicated at 2 pm but when I got there at 3:30 they hadn't finished room cleaning, so they had to work to find me a room, when I called for a return shuttle they kept asking if I had a reservation (I had called that morning and was told to just call them when I got to the pick up location, we finally worked out that my reservation was found under the ParkSleepFly info), the lobby was so hot in the morning that you couldn't even sit in there having breakfast and no one seemed to know how to work the thermostat, my coffee maker was broken, no one seemed to know what to do about that. Interestingly enough, the food delivery guy used to work there (according to him) and "volunteered" some not to complimentary remarks about the staff being nice but incompetent. He was pretty spot on.

Room was obviously old, slight mold spots and stains. But it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. For a one-night stay, it was fine and the price (and parking/airport shuttle) was great. Parking/shuttle was best part; close, convenient parking and very timely shuttle dropoff and pickup at airport. Drivers were great.

Nice place to stay and leave your car. Eggs, sausage, waffles and more for breakfast. Fast easy shuttle to the airport. Nice comfy room. Our car was nice and safe until we returned. We got back in really late ,1 am. , due to flight delays.No problem just called and they came to pick us up. We will use them again

Hotel was clean, all amenities, good breakfast, pleasant staff. However, pick up time was extremely slow from airport and driver not pleasant or helpful. Will not stay there again

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Hotel was reasonably nice for the price. Car can be parked anywhere in the lot for the stay. Cons: shuttle only runs once per hour to the airport . Waited 45 minutes for a pickup after we called upon our return.

Breakfast was great!

All was great but have not received copy of my bill as requested. Advised it would be emailed to me but to date I have not received.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, hot and well presented.
