Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Airport - Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Hotel needs work, and it looks like they are doing just that, my guess is that it is an older hotel that Wyndham is bring back to life.. Needs paint and the parking lot needs some work, but over all the beds were comfortable and things went OK once we got into a working room. First once had a chirping smoke detector, so we moved to another room, second had power issues with some of the lights but we were able to make do with that one. A/C worked but was a bit loud and as I said the hotel needs some work but is moving in the right direction from what I saw. New Beds and Furnishings and a remodeled bathroom looked very nice, move on to going over the hallways next, a bit of paint and new carpet would work wonders. Hotel is a high 3 to a low 4 stars, but getting better. It worked, our car was safe and sound when we got back to the hotel quick and easy onto the highway and we're off toward home.

The hotel is going through some major renovations that’s very noticeable to the client. The employees that work here are very professional and eager to help.

Hotel room was dingy and hallway smelled of marijuana.

Hotel room needs multiple repairs, holes in wall, furniture old and worn. Only two outlets, one used by refrigerator. Was told shuttle was operating, it was not waited 15 minutes. Reception called a cab, no meter, charged me $23.00 for a 4 minute cab ride. On return, checked to see if shuttle service had resumed was told to take the La Quinta shuttle, that driver was not aware of that but was kind enough to let me ride with him. Upon return, found two wheel covers missing. Will not do this again.

The hotel was disgusting. There was trash on the floors and in the elevator. The sheets looked dirty as well. I would never stay there again.

The room was just pitiful to say the least. Who puts carpet in the bathroom?? Noisy and loud we could hear people in the next room and we could hear the elevator and we could hear people in the parking lot. The only good thing about the hotel is it’s location to the airport

Have stayed there quite a few times over the years, and the place has definitely gone downhill. In bad need of a renovation.

Hotel is deteriorating. Just ok for me but wouldn’t bring wife or family for a stay. Just ok is about all I can say. Pics are misleading and the “free” breakfast is minimal to say the least.

A very barebones hotel with minimal amenities. Good enough if your desire is to simply sleep and doing nothing else. When you return from your flight, you actually have to call the hotel and tell them to send the shuttle to pick you up from the airport. I was not informed of this beforehand and had to find out by asking shuttle crew area staff at the ATL airport.

The room was fine but the lobby an hallway wreaked of pot!!!! And I guess the lady working there had friends throughout the night because our room was just off from her desk an doors were opened an slammed all night with loud talking so it was impossible to get sleep!!!! I wish I could leave negative stars for shuttle service we stood out in the freezing weather waiting had to call twice and even then it was a different hotel shuttle that took us back to our car, meanwhile I saw the Marriott shuttle pass through several times so I know where I will be staying from now on!!!!!

No return shuttle from the airport upon returning from trip. Had to pay for a cab.

The hotel used another hotel's shuttle to get me to the airport. I didn't think anything of it. When I returned the next week and call the hotel for pickup, he said to use another hotel's shuttle. When that shuttle arrived, the driver knows nothing about it and says he can't take me. When I told him why, he said those guys do this all the time and never pay us. When I got to the hotel, I asked the guy about it. He said the shuttle is not guaranteed that it is a courtesy. Told him that is not what the web site says. The crazy thing is they have a shuttle parked in front of the office. Recommend you get a confirmation on being delivered and picked up before paying.

Friendly and clean - also convenient to airport.

Front desk staff was wonderful - very helpful. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful and prompt. Breakfast was good; room was clean but not in good repair. My only, but major, complaint was that the elevator, the entrance and outside walkway smelled heavily of marijuana. The front desk staff sprayed the elevator but that smell is hard to cover. I believe it was a guest down the hall from us, as we smelled it near our room as well.

Room was clean, but there was noise in the hall and lobby throughout the night. At 4:45 a.m., the police were there handcuffing the desk clerk. Never did ride the Microtel shuttle; Quality Inn took us to the airport, and Sleep Inn returned us to our parked car.

The Inn was old and not in very good condition. Pictures on line were not accurate. No shuttle service after 11 pm which makes it inconvenient when arriving later. Will not stay here again.

Very bad! No clerk at front desk for 15 minutes. Couldn’t find reservation. Waited for over one hour for airport pick-up.

I would have liked to know in advance a different hotel shuttle would be my ride on Sunday night so I would need to call looking for a missing hotel name.

The hotel was not what I expected; very noisy in the halls. Our toilet seat was wobbly and when I went to ask if someone could check it I was told at the front desk that there was no maintenance person at the hotel. This was early in the evening. Also when we got on the shuttle the driver said they didn't take anyone to the international terminal. So we gave him a big tip and he did. Not pleased with the service at all....will try another hotel possibly....
