This was the best experience I ever had with long term airport parking (21 days). The hotel itself is spotless clean and warm and welcoming. The staff very professional and welcoming and the parking experience easy and safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. There were some minor issues on my second stay. The shower floor backed up with water, so I was standing in water while showering. It looked like breakfast was available, but I didn't see any mention of it (noticed people eating in the dining area). The manager and staff were very good with answering my questions about my stay and the shuttle.

Over all the hotel & was ok, however the "restaurant/ bar" was very limited and over the top expensive for what was offered. The primary reason for lower than 5 was attributed to the shuttle bus driver. Driving very aggressive, not customer friendly, actually rather rude, dropped us at one location that caused us to walk a long distance to the correct airline. tried to humiliated us in front of other passengers when we didn't offer him a tip.

Room was depressing, all gray. Lighting too dim, especially bath. Room was humid in spite of A/C. Clerk couldn't find reservation for over 5 minutes even tho my card had been charged. Billing is odd, 5 separate charges and credits.

Hotel was old and not super clean. The shower was terrible with no place to put soap or shampoo. Its noisy with planes flying over the roof all night and the in room air conditioner was very loud.

Room was clean quiet and comfortable.Ease of access to airport is great. It was quite cold waiting on shuttle outside for return shuttle,but that's really airports fault because outside heaters were not working.
