Hotel was a bit run down. Park-Sleep-Fly website said shuttle was "on demand." In fact, shuttle only ran on the hour and we had to wait for it an hour at ATL.

Overall a positive experience. At time of check in, the hotel was experiencing what I would assume is a unique situation. Hotel staff handled professionally to the best of their ability with a "difficult" customer. On our return from our trip, I had a little difficulty reaching the shuttle and the hotel (this appeared to be outside of the hotel staff control) Overall the shuttle was waiting for us by the time we had retrieved our baggage and made our way to pick up point. Hotel staff was professional at all times and worked to provide good service and support.

We had a great experience! When I arrived, I was greeted and told where I could park. The airport shuttle was as needed and he was getting ready as I parked. Andrew was the shuttle operator and he was incredible. He loaded my bags, drove me safely there in busy Atlanta, and even showed me where he would pick me up before taking me to the terminal. He gave me his personal cell number and asked me to text he when I landed back so that he could come get us. He was respectful, kind, and helpful. Upon arrival, he was early and right where he said he would be. My car was in perfect condition when I returned. The hotel is currently undergoing some upgrades with new carpet. The room was nice and clean. I had a great experience. They even let us checkout late because our flight got in past midnight and we were jet lagged. That next morning, I saw Andrew again working hard with an excellent attitude. He really needs to run the place if you ask me! He is a treasure.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. The "hot" breakfast was a continental breakfast which wasn't that great. The instruction card given to us about location of shuttle pick-up is wrong and should be updated. Frustrating when someone is not familiar with a particular airport.

My experience at the Quality Inn atUnion City Atlanta South was excellent. The room was clean and quiet,the staff was professional and quite helpful concerning transitioning from the hotel to the airport and back,especially Andrew, the driver of the shuttle van, who went above and beyond with his customer care.

Hotel was dingy and worn. Breakfast very basic. The biggest frustration was with the airport shuttle. We signed up for a shuttle time-slot the night before our flight, signed the log myself (be aware, there's only availability once an hour). The next morning, we were ready to get on the shuttle and were told that we hadn't signed up for a ride and the shuttle wouldn't be ready for two hours. We ended up catching the driver by chance and managed to get our ride after all, but we didn't even bother trying to get a return ride when we came back. The uber back took about 20 minutes.

The smell of weed was overwhelming when entering the building from everywhere.. We used the shuttle to and from the hotel. The ride there was great. Got there on time. The pick was horrible. Our flight landed at 4:20. They make you fill out a paper with the flight information so they know and knew when to pick us up!!They were not there to pick us up. I waited until 5:15 to call and ask where they were, they said the driver would be there in 10 minutes. I had to call 4 times finally he showed up at 6:30!! I would not and will not stay there horrible hotel.

Everyone was so nice to me and the shuttle service was a blessing. The room was fine and had everything I needed. I'm mostly impressed by how efficient the shuttle was and the driver was SO nice!!

The room is clean and quite. Driver was on time and took us directly to the airport. They picked us up 25 after calling at the airport, which was what we were told. Would stay again.

The first driver we had to take us to the airport was great very friendly. He was in a great mood for someone that had just gotten word 10 minutes before he had to take us and it was early in the morning. He was very helpful. He help us with our luggage on and off the shuttle and even took time to show us where we needed to be pickup at when we got back from our trip. The 2nd driver that picked us up didn't even get out of the vehicle to help us with our luggage. We had two young gentleman from Louisiana that help us with our luggage on and off the shuttle. Plus the vehicle they used picking us up was not in greatest shape. This driver also drove to fast.
