La Quinta Inn & Suites - Atlanta Airport South - Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet atmosphere. Will stay again. The shuttle wasn't available until 5 am. We had to be at airport by 430 a.m. and had to use a Uber.

Things worked perfectly

Hotel was fine. No airplane noise but other guests were loud and the people in the room above us were partying and jumping around all night long and no one enforced anything to keep them quiet.

Always pleasant staff. Wonderful to park car use shuttle worry free.

Good overall experience. Shuttle and parking is easy and reliable. Would like to see Hilton Hotels included in the Park Sleep Fly options.

Everything was good except the wait for shuttle service at the airport. Having to wait for more than 15 to 30 minutes is unacceptable, we waited about 45 minutes.

Shuttle was late picking me up, that’s it!

We had an amazing experience in La Quinta Inn & Suites - Atlanta Airport South. Everything was perfect. Their staff was friendly, and helpful. The room and facilities were ready and clean. The shuttle was on time. Our car was kept safe in their parking. We had a medical emergency in the last minute and had to delay our flight back and the Hotel Manager Grace was very understanding and helpful and worked to reschedule our reservation without extra charges and they made an exception for us leaving our car more days in the parking free of charge. They made us feel valued as customers and treated us very well. Every time we flight from/to Atlanta in the future we will always look to do reservations with them.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom in my room needed repairs, but otherwise room was fine. Shuttle driver went out of his way to be helpful!

The hotel staff were very attentive and met all expectations. The facility was very clean and well kept.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean and comfortable. Parking was well lit. I used 1st shuttle of the day leaving and did wait a few minutes past pick up, but as close as the hotel is to the airport it wasn't a problem. Getting shuttle back to the hotel was a breeze. Overall good experience.

The room was very nice and spacious, more upscale than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

I had problems with my room- the ceiling was leaking. The front staff moved my room, although questioned the issue. The new room had broken locks and was just ok. I had planned to stay when I returned but changed my mind

The room was very mediocre but you're getting what you're paying for. It's cheap. We just needed a bed for the night and this was fine. The hotel staff was ok. I had an issue where they couldn't figure out my room charge, but told me to go ahead and grab the shuttle. I went on my trip and then got a threatening text message saying they're sending my info to the authorities. Came back from my trip to sort things out, and the clerk had no idea what I was talking about. I settled the charge, but it was an inconvenience I didn't want to deal with late at night after a long flight. My friends that also stayed in the hotel for the same trip were double charged. Will I stay at this particular hotel in my next trip? That's a hard no. Will I stay at a nearby hotel that also offers parking while you're gone? Most likely. The only win was the promptness of the shuttle. It was back in less than 15 mins. The only downside is that it was an old van that smelled of exhaust.

While the hotel looks nice on the website, I would say this is the most run down LaQuinta I have stayed at. I will say they are trying to improve the facility however, they need to hire a contractor to complete the work as most of the fixes and upgrades look like they were done by an amateur homeowner with an hour of YouTube research. Also please note as many have stated the pool does not work, is not open, and is merely there for viewing and photo ops. The neighborhood is not very inviting and only 1 restaurant nearby. Parking is behind the building with no clear identification as to an entrance (you have to go through the pool gate and then into a side door to access the hotel) This hotel serves it's purpose and they have put a lot of lipstick on this pig, would I put the LaQuinta name on it no, more like Motel 6.

The worst one ever! Front desk didn’t pick up the phone and the voice mail was full!!!! I had to wait TWO HOURS for the shuttle in the airport!

Hotel staff are awesome

Staff was friendly. Hotel and rooms were clean. Room could use a few cosmetic touches. Shuttle service was efficient and the hotel was very convenient to airport.

Very easy to book this hotel which provided shuttle and parking for the length of our trip out of town.
