Comfort Inn Boston is nearby all the popular destinations. FOR AIRPORT DEPARTURES We offer transportation to and from Logan Airport. Reservations must be placed the evening prior to departure. Review your airline’s regulations for departures to properly schedule the shuttle. FOR RETURNS If requested, we will transport you back to the hotel. Please contact us after you have claimed your baggage at the terminal. Transportation is only provided for the airport. Dining Enjoy a great dining experience at any of our 3 restaurants at the hotel; Freeport Tavern, Phillips Old Colony House and Pizano Cafe. Our restaurants are sure to please any appetite. They are open late. We also serve a deluxe continental breakfast, with some hot food items as well. Local Attractions The area surrounding the hotel has a lot to offer. Nearby, is the Boston Bowl Family Entertainment complex. Where you can play 10 pin and Candlepin bowling, Billiards. Also, home to one of the largest game arcades in Boston. Accommodations For those who want to stay upon your return flight instead of your departure flight, we require a pre-payment by credit card. The font desk we slow at check in when we arrived to start our the person at the desk did not know how to handle the park and stay upon our return.

Please double check your receipt upon check in! The price on my receipt was double what I had agreed upon. Luckily I had my email from ParkSleepFly and the correct adjustments were made. The parking lot is a bit sketchy. Everything was OK with my car upon return but lots of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot at all hours.

The hotel was comfortable for a short one-night stay prior to our flight out of BOS. The hallways smelled a bit musty and the elevator made us feel like we were going to be trapped, but thankfully we did not have any issues.

We specifically booked here for the shuttle service. We had to spend almost $40 for a cab since the shuttle wasn’t available. I will never book here again. I’d rather spend more than have to deal with that again.

Hotel was fine . Friendly front desk . All was good at the beginning. Shuttle was on time . It fell apart at the end of trip . Called for shuttle and kept us waiting for more then an hour . I guess they only had one driver and the person at the desk also told us return trip was supposed be $10 a person but due to mix up he would make an exception. The driver picked up random people along the way so our ride back was 30 minutes instead of 15 . Very disappointed considering it was 8:30 pm and we had 1 1/2 ride to our home . If he was honest and told us they were busy I would have taken a taxi back . Person kept telling me he was on his way .

Our. Heck in and check out were easy. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Because we left before breakfast was served, we did not have the opportunity to try breakfast. Perhaps a small bag take away breakfast for early departures could be provided, ie granola bar, piece of fruit and bottle of water?

the website indicates inclusive airport shuttle available limited hours available upon request. Our flight was early and requested the shuttle for 4am. We were told that wasn’t possible and we needed to take a taxi at our own expense! After much back and forth with the manager we negotiated that she reduce our hotel rate by $25 and called a taxi.

Clean, quiet and had the 24 hour airport shuttle we needed to get to Logan by 4:30AM. My 2 criteria were : hotel chain and 24 hour shuttle.

hotel was what you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Beds were very comfortable, warm welcome on arrival. Shuttle was waiting for us for shuttle to airport. Pickup was a wait due to heavy Friday night traffic. All and all a good experience. Both shuttle drivers were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with great staff. The shuttle wait at the airport was very lengthy. The shuttle took about one hour to get back to the hotel because they were picking up people at other areas and dropping them off first.

Hotel not far from Logan international. Affiliated restaurant around the corner from hotel, an easy 2 minute walk. Outdoor parking where we could leave our vehicle for the week. Considering hotel costs and parking expenses, it was worth the cost when having an early flight. No worry about driving from Maine to Boston day of flight.
