Ramada by Wyndham Boston - Logan International Airport

The front desk was courteous. The room was comfortable. Breakfast is served at 7am and the shuttle service was wonderful!

Excellent stay at the Ramada. Super easy to drive to and from (which for a hotel in Boston is saying something and we were coming from NH). The rooms were clean comfortable, and the shuttle service was on time. The drivers were awesome and we got to and from the airport safely.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is pretty outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. We booked because it had a 4:00 AM shuttle but it did not come. Had to get an Uber and almost missed the flight.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom had been remodeled. Hotel is dated but would stay again!!

Everything about this hotel was great except for the rugs. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Thank you.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking to have an easy/non stressful trip to and from the airport. The shuttles starts at 4am. We took an Uber instead and I’m glad we did bc the company doesn’t inform you that it makes several stops and goes a roundabout way. When we were getting picked up from the airport, we waited for almost an hour and then it took 30 plus minutes to get back to the hotel due to several stops for pick up. I will not be staying at this hotel again to shuttle to the airport. I was very disappointed. Other than this, my car was safe, we slept fine, and the service was wonderful.

Hotel is in need of updates. Cleanliness is 4 out of 10. Shuttle to airport at 4 am was great and on time. The shuttle back took an hour and 1/2. I called the hotel 3 times and asked for an update and to call me back but this did not happen. The driver said he didn't start work until 5pm. I called at 420pm and was told 20-25 mins for pickup. I finally got picked up at 530! Was ready to take a cab and asked to be reimbursed. Not a good way to end a great trip. I would not choose this hotel again.

The staff was helpful and the room neat. The shuttle to the airport was quick and on time, and they came to pick us up quickly after we called them on our return. The room's window looked out on an interior/courtyard hallway, so there was little natural light and no privacy with the curtains open, and the HVAC unit was very noisy, so we did not sleep well. Parking was easy and safe.

Room was a good size the bathroom was quite small. The floor on my side of the bed was wet and looked like it was coming from the ceiling. Shuttle service was awesome.

Well, where do I start? First, I like the idea of ParkSleepFly. My experience at the Ramada by Wyndham was not what I expected. The check-in process was fast enough. The front desk man was very nice. Though, when we went to our room the key did not work, after many attempts we went to to the front desk to let the front desk man know. He assigned us to another room and the key did not work again. On our way back to let the front desk know, we tried the key again and it worked. As normal for us, we inspected the bed and pulled the bedding back. To our surprise, the sheets obviously had not been changed. On the bed, there was a disturbance on one side of the bed (where it appeared someone had been laying) , hairs and other debris were also on the bed. It was disgusting. Obviously, we went back to the front desk to let them know. Again, the front desk guy was nice enough and apologetic. Further, he'd informed me "we will take pictures of the bed and I'll let my manager know." We were assigned another room, which was okay. The front desk guy said, "I will put you in a room that has been recently renovated." When we went to the room it was exactly like the other room, no recent renovation. Though, the room was very clean, towels nice and fluffy. Would I go again to this hotel? No, I do not like what I saw there. Additionally, the common areas to the hotels were abnormally hot, nearly unbearable.
