The hotel room was very noisy from outside traffic . The bed was comfortable. The clerk at the desk could have recommended the cab to the airport when I said my flight was at 6. She only recommended me getting an Uber. When I called from the airport to get picked up we were sent to reservation line over and over .

It would be helpful to give passengers a card with instructions on how to find/call for shuttle on return.

The room was very nice, new and clean. Staff was helpful and set us up with a cab to the airport as was had to leave before the shuttle started for the day. It was only a $14 cab ride. Would definitely stay here again!

I deeply regret the choice to stay at Doubletree. Our return flight arrived after 10 pm and the hotel refused to pick us up. We had to take a very expensive Uber ride to get back to our car and will never stay at this hotel again. We will also be sure to warn everyone we know never to stay at this hotel. Having a shuttle stop service at 10 pm is unacceptable. The one and only point of satellite parking is to trade convenience to save money over airport parking. We got INconvenience and paid a premium for it.

This was our first Park/Sleep/Fly. The experience was better than expected. Van to airport was on time. We were lucky with van from airport to hotel, and were picked up immediately. Parking lot was well lit and felt protected and safe.

Hotel and park arrangement was very easy to set up in one reservation. Shuttle was easy to get on outbound to the terminal and upon return from the terminal a week later. Living 2 hours from Logan airport, this was perfect for our early flight out while leaving the car safe and easily accessible upon our return

Hotel was great, convenient location, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shuttle was easy to use and picked us up on return without any problem. All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again!!!

Very easy! It may be just a few more minutes to take the shuttle back to the hotel but depending on where you’ve parked It’s probably less time! I called the hotel while I was standing at the baggage claim. I was told when and where the driver would meet me. It took mere moments and he was there. Friendly accommodating staff as well. Overall easy, enjoyable process. Would stay again without hesitation.

The hotel was great. Staff was friendly. On our return to pick up the car, we waited longer than 30 minutes for the van after we called. I called the hotel back and was informed that the driver was heading back to the hotel to drop off the guests he had just picked up and then was heading back to the airport for us. It is 15 minutes each way without traffic so we were looking at another 30 minutes of waiting for a total of 1 hour. We took an Uber back to the hotel as we couldn't wait that long. Some communication from the hotel would've been nice.

My room was superb. The shuttle service wasn't as good. There was only one shuttle driver so when the driver got "stuck" in traffic I was 30 minute late. Upon return I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and had to stand and hold on for dear life! If your going to advertise a shuttle service then you should be running more than 1 driver.
