The hotel was in a great spot, rooms were clean and comfortable. The sleeper sofa was terrible with the springs coming out of the mattress. We left before their shuttle service started so they arranged for a taxi to the airport. The taxi was late and we had to ask the desk to keep calling them. When we returned we called the hotel and the shuttle was waiting for just us by the time we got our luggage. Really nice that we weren’t competing with our people to get on the shuttle as has happened with other hotels.

Hotel and staff were terrific. Only issue was pick up from airport which took over an hour of waiting and 2 calls to front desk. It would have been better if staff notified us that there were many pick ups called in at same time and then we would have taxi’d or uber’d.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! The Spring Hill Suites in Revere is a fantastic hotel. We highly recommend! Great location near many delicious restaurants and bars. Stay here ASAP!!

Only issue was at this particular location we were unclear when we got there where to go to check in. We pulled up out front but were told to go into the parking garage out back and use the elevator to the Lobby.

Everything went great! I apologize but I forget the nice young lady who checked us in on Tuesday February 28th around 8pm? She was very helpful and professional! She also helped us get the shuttle from the airport on March 3rd around 7pm. Both shuttle drivers on Wednesday February 27th 6:30am and Monday march 3rd 7pm were fantastic!! Both gentlemen were very professional, personable and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay

Hotel room was perfectly fine. Regular elevator service was out of order, so it was necessary to use the service elevator (circuitous). The shuttle service to the airport was perfect, however, pick up was slow.
