Avid was perfect for our trip

Hotel was clean and roomy, perfect for prepreflight stay. Shuttle was timely, this was a great experience for what we needed.

Everything went well. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. The shuttle-busses came quickly and the drivers great.

Great hotel and parking. We didn’t use a shuttle…we took a taxi to the cruise port. No shuttle offered to the port. My vehicle was safely parked under the hotel. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and park and fly!

There was an issue with my reservation and the hotel was completely booked. The staff were kind and professional while figuring out the issue.

Hello. Everything was perfect except the suttle bus between the airport and the hotel. We had no way to call the hotel for pick us up so we had to get a taxi to reach the hotel.

We had to leave too early for breakfast, so hotel gave us a nice bagged breakfast.

Hotel and staff are wonderful. Shuttle service to airport was great however on the return back called hotel for 30 more before someone even picked up the phone. Waited at airport for 1 hr.

the only issue was when we came back from vacation, a customer parked in front of our car, and we arrived late in the evening and had to wait two hours for the car to be towed as the hotel did not know which customer blocked our car in. They didn't get license number to match with the room. The mgmt did refund us our parking fee for the inconvenience and the staff was extremely helpful. 5 star rating in spite of a customers disregarding parking instructions.

Everything was perfect!

Lots of issues with hotel. No issues with parksleepfly. Had to wait over an hour for shuttle when I was trying to get back to hotel. The night I stayed they first sent me to a room that already had someone in it. The grab and go breakfast that I was told would be ready when I left at 4am could not be found.

Great experience. Hotel staff was very nice, common space and rooms were sparkling clean, and everything was super convenient. I would stay/park here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. Coffee was available at 4am. Communication between staff was poor and the response to answer calls to guest services was not good. The morning we left we could not find a staff member at the front desk for 10 mins , and when we did the associate had no idea we had a 4 am shuttle to the airport. It took about 7 mins for the assc to find a phone number to call the person who was shuttling us to the airport. Plus there was no breakfast available for us in the form of grab bag which was offered as an amenity. On our return we called promptly to the hotel to advise them we had landed and needed a pickup. We waited over 45 mins and three phone calls to guest services . What was the most frustrating was seeing the shuttles for Hampton inn , Hilton and Marriott at least 3 times to the 1 time it took for our hotel shuttle . Very disappointed in the overall experience .

The morning crew and shuttle guy were super rude and impatient. We were a few minutes late and few minutes I mean it was 7:27 and the shuttle left at 7:30. He started flipping out, I told him if he needed to leave it was fine and he wouldn't, just kept going on about how he cant be late. No one told us we needed to turn in our keys if we were leaving our vehicle. So when the lady asked us we said no, she threw her hands up and walked away. After the shuttle guy explained we had to it was no problem and we handed them in, we didn't sign a waiver. They did not even have us registered in the system for our car. When we went to pick it up the guy at the desk couldn't find our car info. The only reason why we got our keys back was because the shuttle guy recognized us.

Room was extremely clean!! If you’re thinking of staying here I highly recommend it. Extremely convenient and only minutes from the airport. The staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional.
