Parking is in a large garage across the street. Easy access, well lit. Hotel rooms were clean and well appointed. Checkin took 30 minutes because only one employee working. Very disappointed to learn that hotel shuttle was not running because of COVID. That little detail would have been helpful.

Two issues:
1. On the Friday night initial check-in and the Friday night car pick-up a week later, there was only one person working the front desk at the hotel. Extended wait both times. The hotel needs more front desk personnel during peak hours.
2. On the 5 AM trip to the airport, the shuttle was late. Still didn't arrive at 0510. Was driven to Logan Airport by a staff member, not by the shuttle. The return pick-up at Logan was perfect. Waited two minutes after we got our luggage, and the shuttle was there. (Called for shuttle upon Gate arrival.)

Shuttle driver did not show up for work, so no 6:00am shuttle. Hotel paid for a taxi to airport, which left hotel with me at 6:50am
Called hotel at 1:45pm upon arrival; told shuttle would leave hotel at 2:00 and arrive at airport by 2:15 or 2:20. Called hotel back at 2:30 and again at 3:00. Told to take taxi is shuttle didn’t arrive by 3:15. While I was walking to taxi stand, shuttle finally arrived at 3:20 pm. I should have paid for my own taxi at 1:45!
Told it was traffic. Did not appreciate the misleading communications from hotel. Repeatedly told “it’s almost there.” Will not stay here again.

The staff at check in were OK but I felt as though I was bothering them. I was VERY disapointed that in this day & age, there was no recycling available!
We were very lucky as when I booked, I wanted arrival at 2 and departure on the 10th. In my confirmation /, I had 2 numbers but one of the numbers was not valid as both were for the 2nd. Fortunatly for us, there were still room available for our stay of March 9th.

Hotel was fine. Parking and shuttle was not. Shuttle only runs between 5 a- 8 p. Unfortunately for me, this was never told to me - no where on website - and I had a 5:00 am flight and a 8:00 pm return so I couldn’t use the shuttle and had to get my own taxi. Will never stay here again.

We had a terrible nights’ sleep, there is no sound-proofing whatsoever.
Then our flight plans changed due to weather and when we called to add an extra nights’ stay on the way home they tried to gouge us and charge double the original price we paid (we stayed somewhere else on the way home). The shuttle only runs 5am to 8pm, so it was totally useless to us, we had to use Lyft both ways. (In the ratings below about the shuttle there is no “n/a” option). We were really disappointed because we are usually happy with Hampton Inn.

The hotel was perfectly fine, but the shuttle service was not. We had a very early morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that the shuttle service did not start as early as we needed it in the morning so we had to hire a driver that was recommended by the hotel staff. The driver ended up being 30 minutes late to pick us up and it nearly made us miss our international flight. It also took approximately 60 minutes to get picked up at the airport when we arrived home. We were then charged extra by the parking attendant because we were roughly one hour past our pick up time. Again, the hotel itself was very nice, but the service needs to be completely reworked. I would recommend to your hotel to others, but not if they were going to use the shuttle service from the airport.

Stay and parking was good. Shuttle service was good but schedule not so good. on a 1 hour cycle it makes for a long wait if you if you miss that cycle

Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a noisy section of the city due to proximity of both major highways and large hospitals, but leaving the room fan on low allowed us to sleep well. Coveted garage parking was a bonus.
