Getting the shuttle to the airport worked just fine, but getting back from the airport was a little problematic. No one at the airport seemed to know where the shuttle would pick us up; I finally called the hotel to find out. Once back at the hotel, apparently whoever checked us into the system hadn't done it properly and our records couldn't be found. The gentleman who helped us was very polite, but it took quite a while to actually get our car out of the lot.

The hotel room was fine. The shuttle service was incredibly frustrating as they took 45 minutes to send a shuttle with numerous calls saying 10 minutes. First shuttle sent was full with people standing in aisle. Very unsafe and disorganized. Will not use this service again. It is not the same as last time we used it. Employees were not helpful and didn’t seem to care about the guests.

Room was clean, shuttle service to and from airport was punctual and the drivers friendly. We parked for over a week, so they moved our car to an off site lot, so we had to leave our keys. We aren’t frequent travelers so this was a new experience. I didn’t mind though, one less thing to keep track of while on our trip out west.

The hotel experience was good. The morning shuttle to the airport was great. It was the first shuttle of the day and we arrived in plenty of time. When we arrived at baggage claim I called the hotel like they said and they gave me the location to meet the bus. They said it might be a 20 min wait since the bus has just made a pick up. After waiting for 30 minutes I called again and the hotel said there was only 1 bus driver and he had just filled the bus from the other terminal and now it would be a 40 minute wait. Others were also waiting as long with us and made calls to make sure we were first pick up. It was over an hour wait. The delay put us on the road home in a terrible snow storm for a 2 + hour. It we had been picked up when said we would have been able to get out of Boston ahead of the storm. When we got on the bus the driver told us that the hotel should have arranged an Uber pick up for us.

While planning our two week trip to Spain..It was tricky to find a place that we felt confident in-leaving our car. This was so perfect. A side parking area with gates. The staff and Hampton Inn were so friendly and helpful. The shuttle comes and goes every half hour. In return-we called the #they gave us. Received directions on exactly which door to exit and exactly where to wait. This is our go to place from now on. This Hampton also has a dining room that’s opened until 9 or 10 with bar food or beer or wine. Simple but nice after traveling.

Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to access and close to the airport. Pick up was easy and fast on the return trip. The hotel food was okay. Not great but not bad either. I would definitely stay here again and use ParkSleepFly when flying out of Noston Logan again!

Overall, the hotel was great. We got in very late due to a flight delay but still caught the shuttle. Be prepared to call the hotel to find out where the pick-up is. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. We did have trouble regulating the heat/fan setting.

Getting to Airport no wait.
Back to Airport, late flight in.
Shuttle wait 30min+
Only one shuttle, not drivers fault.
Would do it again if flying out of Logan.
