Doubletree by Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport - Baltimore–Washington International Airport

All was perfect clean cool zero waiting service as soon as you walk in the door very friendly very helpful even the the shuttle bus drivers were so friendly and very helpful….. and they helped me with a cheap cab service that don’t cost an arm and a leg. 🙂👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When i called from return flight i waited 45 min at airport meanwhile other hotels where there and back twice.

The hotel was great, but didn't have our reservation when we checked in. The front desk people took prompt care of the issue and everything was fine. I did get the impression that this may be a common problem?

Very easy experience! Love the Double Tree with 24 hr shuttle service running every 30 minutes. Super convenient, clean and friendly! Will use frequently and highly recommend!!!!

Great service - will use next trip

Unfortunately something we ate for dinner at the hotel gave us diarrhea for our flight. Very difficult trip. Upon our return I called the hotel to find out where we met the shuttle. The person answering the phone did not give us complete instructions. We were told to go to "lower level-1. Before I could ask another question they hung up. We followed instructions. 40 min. late we were still standing there. Upon calling back I was told by someone else that we need to go to the outer curb at the "bus stop". Since the shuttle had just been there we waited again. Going from 87 degree weather to 35 we were freezing!

Had a wonderful experience with our first sleep park fly. No complaints, the room was great, staff was friendly, the shuttle was on time for our departure. When we arrived back, we called for the return shuttle and waited less then five minutes. Would definitely do this again.

The hotel was great! The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming (just like the chocolate chip cookies), the parking was easy and accessible, our room was ready on our arrival and the morning shuttle got us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.

rooms seemed old and outdated; parking shuttle never showed up to pick us up from the return flight, we flagged a Marriot van that graciously took up to the DoubleTree in, along with another patron and dropped us off at our car! Marriott offered wonderful service and would definitely book a marriott hotel, wouldn't use this particular hilton hotel and we are hilton members!

Hotel was perfect. The park sleep fly organization never processed my reservation, so I got to hotel & had no room. If I hadn’t been a Hilton honors member I would have been sleeping in my vehicle.

Loved the Doubletree. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean - everything I needed was right there. Will definitely use park and fly again!!

Our Hotel room was a little musty and the sheets were damp, not sure why? The staff were very helpful and considerate. The shuttle going to the airport was standing room only, had to be as many as 20 people on it, i'm sure a safety violation. When we returned from our trip, we had to wait 25 minutes for a shuttle to come and pick us up, most inconvenient.
