We have never ever had a hotel treat us as well as the Raddison did. Our stay was at the end of the trip, not the beginning. Southwest delayed our return departure so long that our connecting flight was missed and we had to stay overnight before we could start our trip home from CA the next day. The Raddison graciously extended our arrival date to cover and then made us feel like royality by giving us an extra special room. We can never thank them enough for their thoughtfullness and care.

The Radisson Hotel Cleveland Airport West is a great hotel if you are flying out from the CLE airport. The location is great (right off of the highway, near restaurants, mall, etc) and the Shuttle Service is excellent. It has quickly become part of my regular travel routine.

The night wee stayed at the Radisson was an uncommonly busy night. They were sold out and there was some confusion at check-in with our reservation (specifically room type). I was very impressed with how the staff handled the confusion and put customer service first.

The shuttle driver on duty the night we arrived was also the one who took us to the airport on Oct. 25th. She was awesome!!! When we returned from our vacation she was not the one who picked us up but she was at the hotel when we returned to get our car. Well, our battery was dead so the male shuttle driver helped us but his jumper cables broke. The woman shuttle driver remembered us and asked if we had a good trip and was just very friendly. I told her about our car battery and she told husband to come with her and she proceeded to take care of our situation and we were on our way! She didn’t have to take the time to help us but she did, as did the other shuttle driver, to help us out and we really appreciated it. All of this occurred on Oct. 30, 2020.
When we checked in on the 24th and then returned to get our car on the 30th the same woman (short with short dark curly hair) was working the front desk and she was not very friendly. She just always appeared to completely frustrated with everyone as if checking into the hotel was somehow inconveniencing her.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The desk staff was Not friendly or welcoming. The check in employee was not welcoming at all. We were the only two people in the lobby at 4:30 am and there were 3 employees that walk around through the lobby plus the front desk person not one of them said good morning to us. Having said this I want to say the shuttle drivers were both excellent friendly and very informative. The only problem was when we returned it took the shuttle close to an hour to pick us up and I had to call twice. The shuttle driver was very upset about this but stated he came as soon as he was told. The person who took my call didn’t tell him until sometime after my second call. I absolutely believe the driver. He was so apologetic. I will not stay park and fly at this hotel again. There are many other hotels in the area that offer this service hopefully their staffs are more inviting.

Great experience. We live about 45 minutes from the airport and this was a great way to park and get to sleep in an extra hour or so. Would definitely do it again.

Really no complaints, convenient. Paid the same price to stay at hotel and get shuttled to airport as I would have to park my car there for a week. Shuttle was pretty quick
