Hotel was excellent for our needs of flying in and out of Cleveland airport. Car was safe and secure. As it turns out my wife’s cell phone fell out of her pocket in the shuttle. I contacted hotel staff and they quickly returned to airport with phone. Very helpful.

Other than the wake up call, (not a big deal since it was just a back up), the hotel was comfortable and clean. Check in was very easy.
We left before breakfast so I can't comment on that. We wanted the shuttle at 4:00 and she was there right on time. Return shuttle was the shortest wait we have ever had for a girl shuttle. I was so thankful because when you return from a trip you just want to get home. I will definitely use again.

The property is a bit older than we are used to, but the staff did an amazing job trying to help everyone when the horrible storms came through. We had no power for our one-night stay but the staff did their best to help everyone. They were using their personal laptops to try to check people in, and recharging at family homes who had not lost power.

Room was very clean and nice. The shuttle service was excellent and Mamou was the best ever. Very nice man and friendly. My car wouldn’t start so he assisted me in getting my car operable so that I was able to return to my home. He was a Godsend. He’s a keeper. Please be sure and tell him so.

Nice. The lobby is generously proportioned and comfortable. The desk was easy to locate. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a little hard to find though.

The parksleepfly.com was simple and easy. They sent follow up emails, which was nice. The hotel was perfect for staying before our flight and being able to leave our car. We love using both for our trips!

That hotel is amazing. Our room was decorated so nice and those beds were the best. Whoever picked that artwork did a great job. They had a nice refrigerator they had a nice microwave. The bathrooms were really nicely done. I really like staying there five stars from me

Hotel was obviously an older hotel, but well maintained with a some room upgrades. There seemed to be a group of people in lobby eating who were there either visiting staff or were part of staff. The reception gentleman was very efficient and knew his job.

Great service. Airport shuttle was on time both taking and picking up. Greg was great. He dropped us right at our car on return. Loved getting coffee there before we left.
Incredibly safe with even a dog at night and a security guard who walks around all night.
