Travelodge Cleveland Airport - Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Motel is a bit dated but it’s clean. The driver that works the late late and early early morning shift that takes you to the airport is delightful. Always tries to make things as easy as possible. I just wish they made coffee in the early morning instead of having to make it in your room

Worst place I ever stayed. Wouldn't even answer the phone for our return pick up. Never again!!!

Location didn’t look safe and the building was run down.

The hotel itself was fair - but the shuttle service was not up to what I expected from a shuttle. On the way from the hotel was ok. Clean but I think the driver smoked. But on the way back - they told us "OK for a 10:30 pick up. Not a problem for them but yet they showed up at 10:45. The telephone service is something that needs lots of work. It would ring like 20 - 25 times before someone would pick up.

Do not use this hotel/service!! Hotel is woefully outdated. Yes, it was clean, but looks like a hotel from 40 years ago. Thin walls, could hear everything happening down the hall. On return, no one answered the phone when calling for the shuttle. Our plane was on time and we called half a dozen times. We ended up using Uber to get from airport to hotel to get to our car. We went into the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We regret using this and will never make this mistake again.

It was ok but I paid extra to park and shuttle to airport. Delta cancelled our flight and they only gave me back $25. The staff was very nice

Older hotel. Check in area gave off a sketchy vibe. Airport transfer was great, no issues. Room was clean.

The hallway was was dirty and smelled.

I slept the night before my flight then parked until I came back. Cheap motel but you get what you pay for. Room was clean (well except housekeeping forgot to remove a used towel hanging on the door from previous guest) and AC worked well in summer so it was a comfortable nights sleep. Shuttle when I came back from my trip took a while to get pick me up though. Overall I am fine with the price I paid compared to just parking for the same amount of time.

Hotel was not fancy, but the two rooms we slept in were clean and comfortable and our driver was very nice.

The hotel room was ok however the neighborhood is not in the best area and it was a bit concerning that 3 police cars and the medical examiner were on site at 5:00 a.m.

Place looked more like a college dorm.

The hotel property is fairly worn down and is not very inviting as you come into the reception area with just a small cutout to talk to the staff to check in. However, the room was clean and served its purpose, especially for the price paid, so I appreciate that. My main concern is that as I was being dropped off at the baggage area instead of “departures” - and needing a wheelchair since I am disabled, I was denied any special service. I politely asked if I could be taken to “departures” and told no, he would be fined if he did that. Another person helped me or I would have never made it all way up to the ticketing area. This is unacceptable. I called on my return to tell them I would not use the shuttle on my return. The person who answered said he would ask his supervisor if something could be done and would call me back - no call back was ever received. Again, this is unacceptable. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, a reasonable accommodation could have been done for my request. I paid for the service that I couldn’t receive. Not a good experience whatsoever. Considering the cost was still less than parking at the airport, the overall cost compared to what you get, you can't complain about this place! The room was clean, I felt safe staying there, and my car was safely parked for over 2 weeks! Staff was present but not really outgoing. Both of my shuttle drivers (to and from the Airport) were pleasant and friendly. Hopefully, they won't raise their rates when people discover what a bargain this place is!

The rooms and bedding were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. My daughter enjoyed the waffles that could be made and the muffins. All in all not a bad place to stay, they exceeded my expectations , but also not best hotel i have ever stayed at.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel is dated with no extras. Location is great for airport travel. Shuttle drive was the best. Very helpful and nice.
