The hotel was perfectly fine for what we needed it for. A place to sleep before heading to the airport. The shuttle was convenient as was the ability to leave my car while we were away. Customer service on arriving was very friendly. I wish I could say the same for the check out clerk the next morning. Maybe it was too early for him but he wasn't very friendly. Our shuttle driver to the airport loaded up our bags, was jovial and unloaded our bags at the airport, however when we called for a pick up and there was a misunderstanding on where we should meet him he did not appear very happy, did not get out to load our bags and left us to unload them too. I was just happy to be home. The convenience of this service will likely bring us back, but a couple of the employees could have a quick training on customer service.

For some reason my reservation was lost at checkin, but associate at desk helpful in working through it. Room was clean and comfortable, shuttle drive to and from airport was quick to arrive, friendly, and helpful.

There was quite a bit of confusion about our reservations. When we checked out on 9/9 the clerk couldn’t find us in the system. When we check in on 9/16 we had two reservations. Other than that all was good.

The hotel was great. The shuttle driver to airport was good. The desk attendant the night we landed was not. He was disorganized, took me calling 6 times from the airport for him to even answer the phone, and after he did answer he sent 1 minivan for 7 people with 7 suitcases and carry ons. We ended up paying for an Uber so we could get back to hotel from airport. Was not a good experience.

When I dropped my vehicle off for the reverse park, sleep & fly reservation, they weren’t quite sure how to process it so that took some time for the staff to figure out.
